  1. Maybe I shouldn't of said "failed economic theories"... A little harsh
  2. Explain what? Your failed economic theories? How about addressing the points I made
  3. Dodd Frank changed my life.
  4. You pretend everything exists in a vacuum ( I hate to use this word because I just read that TYTT used the same wording, but it fits and that's precisely the word I would of used any how). That correlation DOES cause causation. This is a pattern of yours, you cherry pick data to support your argument, not taking other important variables into account. That's an intellectually dishonest argument to make, certainly not something that I would expect out of someone who is trying to make a serious case. Going back to your earlier response, the minting of a trillion dollar coin is an atrocious idea and I'm surprised that even you would possibly entertain it. You don't believe that it would open up a pandora's box? The precedent that would occur could have ramifications with serious hazards. If you circumvent the system one time, then you can find loopholes of other usages for other instances. We could just buy more treasuries with the Fed's balance Sheet, swap other commitments as collateral and forgive debt by creating more of these trillion dollar coins. There also would be other loopholes that could be creatively configured that would allow the forgiveness of debt. Also, you seem offended that the debt ceiling is being used to create change. Obviously you are ok with the status quo, because if you weren't then you would also demand change in taking action in reducing our debt. The only time that there have ever been serious discussion about reducing our debt is when a "threat" by the R's of some sort ever came about. The guy you support would never on his own ever take substantial meaningful action in doing anything to solve these dire issues we have. Were you offended by then Senator Obama when he voted not to raise the debt ceiling? Remember when he made a big stink about it? Of course you weren't offended because he is on your team.
  5. Many would argue that our most pressing "needs" for this football team would not include a pass rusher and I may be inclined to agree with them. However, at this point it doesn't appear that there is a QB or WR that would make sense at the #8 overall pick. Also, I'm not convinced that any Middle Linebacker presents as much value a potential elite pass rusher. From what I've seen and read, there are four pass rushers in this years draft that in most years would either be the #1 or #2 top pass rushers in those given drafts. I believe that Mario is a good pass rusher, but from my view certainly not elite, so it's important that we get another guy to compliment him. With a new Defensive Coordinator it's hard to say what defensive scheme we will have in place, but my guess is that we will be implementing a "tweener" somewhere in the scheme, and I'm not convinced that either Anderson or Moore can be that guy. Here is a list of four guys that I believe could be immediate impact pass rushers next year. 1) Bjoern Werner 6'4 256 lbs. He's one of those maniacs with good combo of size and speed. Sort of like a JJ Watt or Kevin Greene kinda player. 2) Jarvis Jones 6'2 242 Probably the most versatile of the LB's, can drop back into coverage, defend well against the run and is a phenomenal pass rusher. Barkevious Mingo 6'4 240 Is the most athletic out of the bunch, runs in the mid 4.5's with tremendous explosion Damontre Moore 6'4 250 Another guy that has a good combo of speed and power with great production throughout his collegiate career.
  6. Those empty backfields on third and short situations drove me nuts. Why in the world would you want to eliminate the threat of the running option? Defenses knew exactly what you were gonna be doing, which was passing.
  7. Thanks for the post. I also happen to believe that he will climb up the draft boards quicker than what most people think.
  8. We can just do this yearly and never accumulate debt. Voilaaaa
  9. They came down some because this is the time of the year they come down . It was just a few months ago where we had record high prices for the month of October, and now that they have come down their typical 10-15%, and your response is "and then they came back down"
  10. I've got a great idea, why don't we just produce about 16 of these coins, wipe out our debt in its entirety, print some money, and just pay back our foreign creditors with the printed money... I mean, it's not "spending", so naturally if it isn't new spending, there can't be any negative inflationary ramifications to making this decision.
  11. Was hoping he'd declare as well. Oh well
  12. That was an incredibly retarded explanation by Roche. Also, I never said that this monetary policy would lead to hyperinflation, what I said is that it could, that because of the slack in our economy, we wouldn't see tremendously high inflation until that slack disappear. Also, we are seeing higher inflation, food and gas prices went up dramatically after the announcement of QE.
  13. Wasn't his "idea", but he's certainly endorsing it. Aren't you a fan of Krugman?
  14. He enjoys the action way too much to ever consider doing that.
  15. I don't have it here at my disposal, but I remember reading a link that by cutting Fitz that it would only save about $450k in cap space.. But what T Mast provided says something different.
  16. I'm confused, Is it Alice or Mohamad?
  17. Cutting Fitz only saves about half a million from the cap
  18. Then you clearly didn't see the entire video, because there were a few of them.
  19. If only we could tax carbon.
  20. l l l l l V Bloviator
  21. I think I'd rather attack people's personalities. More fun
  22. Is he an option that is being thrown around by the Bills Brass?
