Coach Gailey: Tonight I finally got around to watching the NFLN special "A Football Life" featuring Bill Belichick. I'd ask you to draw your attention to the :17 minute mark where Belichick is preparing for his team for the Bills game. Coach Bilichick pointed out the lack of enthusiasm of his team and said it's time to "Show the Buffalo Bills this a football team. It's not just a bunch of guys running around in the same jerseys. This is a football team and for 60 minutes you're gonna have to deal with us and it's going to be a long night." And of course the show proceeds goes on to show how the Bills lost the game 25-24 on the last minute fumble by McKelvin and Brady drove the field to win the game. Patriots win and celebrate. Bills fans feel horrible and that game set the tone for the rest of the season. Worse, Leodis has bad things spray painted on his lawn. The point is this....the losing stops this week. Shows this film to your team. Show the footage of bad things happening to Leodis and how the Pats celebrated. I'm happy for you and your team. You have proven a lot of people wrong and I wish you all the best this year but this losing to New England has to stop. THIS week! GO BILLS!!!!

Thank you to everyone who has been participating in this thread, specifically to JW and NGO. As everyone can see I do not post much but I want to say this has been the most entertaing thread I've ever read on TBD. My $0.02....both JW & NEO post great information for all of us and it's sad they had an argument over semantics. Both of you are great and I hope each of you keep providing the information you do!

Exactly! While this firing is long over due, this shows that Buddy has a plan and Modrak is not a part of it. Mediocrity will not be accepted any longer and it's time to get people in important roles who actually care what the outcome of their work is. A+ Buddy!!

Shouldn't the CEO of the Bills have something better to do with his time at 8:30 in the morning two days before the draft than to be at the door to refuse entry to a second string CB? Couldn't anybody do that? Nope. Not for our Bills. We need our CEO to do that

Why is it nobody ever points out the play of Ryan Miller when he has a bad game? I'm a fan of his but you never hear the media, players or coaches say he had a bad game. His defense wasn't much help on thr goal that tied the game at 3 but he has to make the glove save on Nashville's second goal and he was WAY out of position on the OT winner. Ryan lost the point tonight and MSG made Vanek look like the bad guy because he didn't score tonight
