  2. As another "old timer" story.. cold was never an issue.. before all the BS about frisking .. one of the most memorable days of my days as a bills fan.. a sunny cold sunday .. but snow previously.. denver.. smuggled in a 12 of mich light old fashioned bottles .. stuck them in the snow buddies just sipped away as the stock increased and sat was wonderful.. about 45 to 50 thousand there.. but those WERE the days
  3. Every game not directly involving the Bills is always focused on how it can benefit them.. IMHO . more often than not it usually can be an exercise in futility as they say.. but obviously Dallas.. in this case
  4. Seriously.. this is a "thread" topic.. after all the BS i read about "why a thread on this"?a guy makes a pretty funny quip and people wanna make an issue out of it?
  5. Speaking from a law enforcement family.. who really cares.. why this guy keeps getting the press he does .. says it all for the d-k-less NFL..
  6. i hear ya.. im 20 miles NW of philly.. they are in fact wussies.. talk tough.. etc.. but about 5 or so years ago , they cancelled , or rescheduled a game because of the threat of snow! Yea they are the biggest blowhards i have ever witnessed ..
  7. I know this is about receivers.. but i would prefer Von Miller.. and be happy with the receivers we have.. after yesterday.. i , just my opinion. think they need D help

  10. Absolutely one of the best.. if not THEE best post i ever read on here.. also .. loved the hot dogs.. they were not grilled sahlens.. but just cooked on a stainless steel hot sheet .. not sure what brand , but were unique after squeezing the mustard on them from a big jar .and the little band that played in what would be the right field corner
  11. Not sure if its been said.. but stop with the f-g red unis. enough ... the Bills are NOT THAT ..
  12. Very well put.. glad i had the opportunity to live thru it all.. as a kid i used to ride my bike from so buff to Blasdell to watch training camp.. you cant begin to describe how neat that was.,.

  14. WTH..! all the flack people get for allegedly starting BS topics.. we gotta deal with a freakin Kaep thread?
  15. Exactly! feel the same , not that we are "get off my lawn" type guys.. but when one sees the vitriol , goofy stuff .. it does get to you."thread police" nonsensical BS.. its refreshing a bit to re- hash the old days..
  16. yea.. the fights for the ball at the Best st end zone were legendary.. i could be way off .. but as my memory serves me, the end zone screens to catch the extra point balls were adopted because of those "scuffles "
