  1. why would you say that?, i thought the guy offered an opinion, made some observations.. why the mean comment?
  2. living in the philly area the past year and half has exposed me to eagles coverage, goes year round. the people here do not think highly of andrews, glad to see him go. that being said, not sure of his viabilty for the bills. the fans in philly are generally miserable and judging a player on how they feel about him may not be accurate.
  3. no complaints.. both quality signings, i think the fans were antsy, but now we all feel better
  4. that is commendable, but my point is that how many men do that , men who are not in the limelight such as warren. what makes warren so special?, not trying to sound like a hard guy here, but it is commendable, but it should be the norm, not something to be set apart from real people in the real world.
  5. i think it should be a given , not something to be applauded.its akin to making a big deal about an absentee father paying child support!..
  6. my dislike for new england trancends anything that might be viewed as a "positive" in a life choice by a player. i hate that team , their coach, their owner, their fans. i dont give a sh-t about anything but the bills kicking their ass!.. i just want it to happen..
  7. unfortunately, that is THEIR choice!..
  8. per PFT, he is absent from the first day of off-season workouts..
  9. i for one , am very pissed!, how much does wilson need? he has bled every friggin nickel out of the market, now the truth be told.. HE WOULD BE UNDER THE MINIMUM FLOOR, CEILING , he doesnt give a sh-t about winning!.. just keep the $'s rolling in!
  10. totally understand, but you have to admit, sometimes the most innocuous statement or opinion can take one there. i think it is a compliment to this site. nobody lacks for an opinion, and while our common love for the bills is apparent, alot of people on here are very well informed. i like that aspect of this site.
  11. just an observation from someone who made a somewhat political tinged statement a couple of weeks ago. i offered an opinion on why NBC was not televising the usa hockey game. most missed the point, but because it was not a liberal "take", lots on here took exception with me. it appears that if an opinion is not slanted to the left, you are automatically labeled.. you know.. "fox brainwashed t v watcher", that kind of thing.. if it is a conservative, libertarian type of message, it seems unwelcome..
  12. i think that question just begs for controversy!, the above comment is a bit humerous, but it is because it pokes fun at the "white guy", i would submit that if someone gave a similar quasi-stereotypical answer about "what the black lynch" would do, lots of people on here would really have their proverbial "shorts in a bunch"..
  13. i think what you just said is on the mark. i DO have two daughters, totally get what you are coming from. in a way its a little like vick, how to you reconcile your thoughts, beliefs with your desire to see a quality football player added to YOUR team. when does reality over take an emotional attachment to a football team?
  14. probably would have stopped his vehicle when he hit the woman?
  15. i am actually conflicted on this. sure it smells bad, but there were no witnesses . did his rep obviously contribute, or, is he in fact , a man who abuses women?.. the facts may never come out. back when i was cheering the JUICE, who would have guessed?
  16. i hear ya!, i think i have reached an all-time low, i actually get excited when i hear of a scheduled visit by anybody at OBD,regardless whether they sign that individual or not. my hope is that "the bullets start flying " around draft time...
  17. i guess i am desperate for anything to hang my hat regarding the bills. the off-season has been less than inspiring. i know the bills plan on building thru the draft, but it seems they are going out of their way to be totally irrelevant so far.
  18. it is being reported in various outlets that the rooney's are pissed, big time, with him, may no longer want him. i would make run at him if i were the bills. perhaps it is all unrealistic, but i have seen worse posted on here.
  19. if pittsburgh is prepared to dump rothlisberger, anyone want him on the bills? thoughts?
  20. political statement?.. love it, i got my ass reamed for making a politically tinged statement
  21. i agree, it is truly amazing how the past three years set the franchise back. i just wonder who ralph ultimately listens to.
  22. really, like who cares what he thinks!.. i dont think anyone actually watches olbermann.
  23. that being said, i am behind gailey, i want people who want to be in buffalo. the mere fact shanahan is qualifying his "bills offer" just tells me he is essentially full of it. who cares, let him, snyder and all the bullsh-t, play out. spurrier, marty, even joe gibbs(second go round), all sucked in D C... lets see what gailey does, certainly not my first choice, but right now, lets just see..
