  1. so caught up in the enthusiasm after yesterday that i see the dolphin game in buffalo being flexed to sunday night!. i know it is non-sensical , but just liked the overall approach of the coaching staff .. see good things this year.
  2. that sounds good! that was my mindset in starting this, why not a penalty for roughing his butt? 13 years of being a doormat, enduring all the brady love, lets go for it!
  3. do you tip at mcdonalds ?(if you go there, but im sure you get my point) .. most take-out places do pay minimum wage unlike a wait staff.
  4. who tips on takeout? this is only a story because of the obvious:brees makes alot of money. should he be held to a different standard because he makes more money than most? i think not, but if one does, where is the line drawn?
  5. nice job!.. as an aside, i moved away in 2008 and the buffalo "accent" is now noticeable to me!.. very cool.. keep up the good work!
  6. a place where i experienced many memories as a child, and later as a young adult. the place got a bad rap , some of it deserved, but overall, loved the thrill and anticipation of walking up the ramps, the peanut vendors outside, i could go on, but just a special place.
  7. i knew he was playing out of his mind, kind of explains it.. i am quite sure the bills were set to take him had denver passed.
  8. wow! thank you! as a wide eyed 8 yr-old in 1960 who went to war memorial stadium when they started, this was excellant! i am pumped , as im sure everyone else is about the coming season, this sure was a great way to start it up!
  9. i like leno's non P C humor.. refreshing .. everyone is so preoccupied with "trying not to offend" ..
  10. could not happen to a better organization..keep it coming
  11. the deification of kraft by the media , the smugness of belicheat, listening to rodney harrison, brushchi, i could go on.. but as a bills fan, i am totally loving the turmoil surrounding the pats(solely from a football standpoint, always must clarify that) .. kicking their ever-loving a$$es on opening day could certainly cleanse some demons from our collective souls.
  12. since 1960, i was eight , my father was a buffalo cop and we used to get in for nothing. have been consumed by them ever since.
  13. for sure, so close, yet so far, 75 stanley cup finals, the braves incredible teams around the same time, was a wonderful time !
  14. i am in total agreement with you.. being an old-timer, i get the boston hate very much! watching the celtics and the bruins during the 70's was tough, as a buffalo fan. for my money, in addition to "wide right", and "no goal" , one of the most unpleasant memories is the call referee darryl garrestson called on mcadoo , sending jo jo white to the foul line with no time left allowing the celtics to beat the braves in a crucial playoff game back in the mid 70's.
  15. i anticipate the same thing about the ralph. hopefully it will be like the dallas monday night game a few years back. i am hoping that the crowd truly becomes a factor as it was during the glory run 20 yrs ago! the template for the seaon will be set!
  16. nice! love it! cant wait.. counting down the days!
  17. totally agree, we all know the crowd will be electric and having a chance to get them first, with this stuff going on, brady sacked early, just really feeds into what could jumpstart a good season(forget the lawyer milloy game)from a football standpoint, i truly want to kick this team when it is hopefully down!
  18. i was hoping you were!.. but just observing what is going on in new england makes me feel good, again, no disrespect to the victim,, its like how i felt during the 70's being dominated by miami. in today's world, new england can do no wrong, and, as speaking from a purely football, bills fan mindset, it is kinda good, now i just wanna kick their a$$ so bad i can taste it.
  19. you must be a college prof.. good attitude! i would prefer that the bills manhandle them, but that is just my opinion.
  20. i just feel that the pent up emotion will rock the place like the old days. nobody has any control of what is happening in new england, but as a bills fans it doesnt wreck my day, to say the least.
