Because he's getting paid on a large extended contract and not playing despite being active for over two weeks. We could have given Poyer an extension and gotten someone in a spot but now his spot is being taken up and NOTHING is happening. It's not fair to do this in the middle of our season and just string the team along like this. If you want to retire, then just say so. If you want time off, take the time off under a designation and in either case we would understand. Enough with the damn mystery!

We acquired Nyheim Hines two weeks ago and it was universally praised as a great addition to our team because of his experience and ability. Yet, here we are two games in and he has just TWO TOTAL TARGETS!!! Meanwhile, the 49ers acquire Christian McCaffery from the Panthers and he has made an IMMEDIATE impact. They actually *gulp* GET HIM TOUCHES AND UTILIZE HIM ON OFFENSE!!! I feel as if this is an utter failure by the Bills to take advantage of the skills of a player that they obviously coveted as Beane said in an interview that he had wanted him in Buffalo before. I do not know if it is McDermott or Dorsey, but someone has to answer for what I feel is a criminal underuse of a talent we so badly need. Two targets through two games is pathetic!

Against a team that was 7-1??? We made Cousins look like Mahomes because we don't have the personnel in the secondary to make up for that kind of devastation due to injury.

I'm sorry, but the Chiefs game is one thing, but TODAY this game was not lost because of a coaching issue. THIS GAME exposed the limitations of continuing to bleed top tier defensive talent due to injury and Josh turning into New York Jets Favre.

Did you not watch Heinicke and what he did to the Vikings defense? Do you not think that Keenum, a guy who played for the Vikes along with Diggs, is completely incapable of being as good or better than Heinicke? Yeah, I have confidence in Keenum AT HOME and if Josh needs rest then do it vs. an NFC team who has yet to beat a winning team except a Tua=less Dolphins squad.

I was very unimpressed by what the Buckeyes were doing offensively... if they keep looking less than impressive offensively and letting teams hang around, they will get rolled later vs. Xichigan and whoever they play after. I HATE a lot of the plays they call... it's as if we got better defensively but worse offensively. Yeah, the Buckeyes won, YAY, RAH RAH, but the goal is to win a championship, and that is done by winning the last four (possible) games of the season, all of which are going to be tough matchups- Xichigan, BIG10 Champ, CFP semi, CFP final.

Thurman Thomas would VEHEMENTLY disagree with you... we had Thurman and KD as a 1-2 punch and we were very successful. The Rams were the exception to the rule last season... you just can't go out there and be one dimensional and win a Super Bowl, period. Look at the stats and you will see!!!!

What is comical is that they are doing EXACTLY what we are doing... picking up HBs that are fast and pass catchers and not using any bruisers whatsoever. The NFL media says NOTHING about the Chiefs but we are the ones with the "dependence on the pass/can't run the ball" problem. Edwards-Helaire just isn't cutting it, and the Bills obviously do not want to retain Devin. I don't want to be the Houston Oilers of the 2020s, to be very frank.
