Start a poll then and find out how many Mafia members here like it and who doesn't like it. You're whistling in the dark...

Yeah, you're in a tiny minority.

The Ringer: Josh Allen Needs to Chill
EasternOHBillsFan replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall
"Harsh reality" coming from perennial bust Kordell Stewart saying that "Josh Allen is imploding". Absolutely ridiculous take that may stem from the fact that Big Ben took over as QB for the Steelers and won a Super Bowl right away. WOW... “Josh Allen is imploding as we speak,” Allen said. “He falls outside of the top 5 for me.” During the regular season, Allen completed 359 of 567 passes for 4,283 yards with 35 touchdown passes and 14 interceptions. His tendency to throw interceptions continued in the Wild Card 34-31 victory over the Miami Dolphins. He completed 23 of 39 passes for 352 yards with 3 TD passes and 2 interceptions. Stewart went on to say that Allen is simply making “too many bonehead mistakes.” https://clutchpoints.com/josh-allen-is-imploding-bills-qb-gets-harsh-reality-check-from-kordell-stewart -
Bills injury report best in quite awhile
EasternOHBillsFan replied to 78thealltimegreat's topic in The Stadium Wall
If Jordan Phillips's shoulder is shot, then he would have been on the IR weeks ago. There is ZERO indication from what we have seen with respect to Tre's injury or Hyde's injury that the Bills would keep a player active if their "shoulder is shot", so it makes absolutely no sense that the Bills mismanaged his injury, for it is inconsistent with their handling of the other injuries. WE NEED JORDAN PHILLIPS TO PLAY. This is for the damn Super Bowl, not for some Week 14 result. I would think that if he was unable to move his arm properly he'd be OUT out but it's time to heed the advice of Von Miller: "You said you’d do anything for it." Jordan Phillips WILL PLAY. Time to terrorize those three replacement offensive linemen for the Bengals. -
Me as well... all those years of pounding sodas caught up with me. I am going to get tested for MS soon next month. I can bear to be limited in mobility but losing cognitive functions and not being able to use my brain would be too much for me to bear.

""I was hoping that we'd have something to announce by the end of December, but that didn't happen for various reasons, including two snowstorms – one in November and one in December. But I'm hoping we'll have something to announce by the end of this month." Poloncarz said the environmental report would not have been up for Legislature approval if all sides didn't feel confident that the rest of the deal would come together fairly quickly. Thursday's approval was supposed to take place at the Legislature's last session two weeks ago, but in light of the critical injury suffered by Bills safety Damar Hamlin, the decision was made to wait and refocus on Bills negotiations later." "“New York State, Erie County and the Buffalo Bills are actively finalizing all agreements and contracts related to the stadium, and this is another step forward in the process," Laura Magee said in a statement. "More details will be available for Monday's meeting."" https://buffalonews.com/news/local/getting-closer-final-deal-nears-as-legislators-approve-environmental-impact-study-for-new-bills-stadium/article_02805cc2-9818-11ed-b677-d3d291461f03.html Let's stop letting this "investigative" journalism strike fear into our hearts... it's ridiculous.

Brian Daboll, 1,000%. Those who wish to drive McD away are the same kind of fans that drove Andy Reid away from Philly and if you are one of those then JUST STOP IT.

DID YOU KNOW? Excluding quarterbacks, the Buffalo Bills have a better yards per carry average than the Bengals, by almost a full yard!!!!! YET The NARRATIVE out there is that we cannot run the ball and that Josh has to do it all. I'm sick and tired of this team being misrepresented because of lazy pundits. Even the most prominent ones are being lazy...

It's speculative and frankly either way this deal BENEFITS the area regardless of how many times Jim Heaney wants to try and submarine it with talk of impending doom if a, b, c, d, etc. happens. We are finally in a position where we have a great team and great ownership and possibly a beautiful new stadium on the way and then this nonsense is written. If you're a taxpayer paying for it then either get on board or move... I'd gladly take your place rather than be in this hole another minute.

We’re heading to England next season

I know... same old stupid formula -
Blaming the media schtick gets really, really old... there are millions of fans out there with simplistic thought processes and biased opinions that you won't see on TV and they are just as bad! The media is an easy target because they are on TV and Joe Schmo from Pocono isn't unless you listen to sports talk radio where fans call in and HOO BOY some of them sound VERY simplistic.

The best regular season team should have the hardest schedule, not the #2 seed have THE hardest schedule. -
Bengals' Board Monitoring TBD
EasternOHBillsFan replied to thenorthremembers's topic in The Stadium Wall
I revel in the fan interaction between them and us... it's all talk in the end. We do have several Debbie Downers here and despite McDermott's success, our own fans STILL dog him. That's just another day in the Bills Mafia! -

KC will also have to sacrifice their 9th home game for an International game in Munich, so that's at least fair. HOWEVER... How in the HELL do they play all of their toughest games - Bills, Bengals and Eagles - ALL AT HOME?!?!? We play the Chiefs, Bengals and Eagles ALL ON THE ROAD!!! That's baloney!!!!! -
He only helps if he PLAYS. WE NEED HIM. Can't wait to see what his status is tomorrow and after.

The betting line for the Bengals/Bills game has changed from Cincinnati +4/+140 to +4 1/2/+160 because of the offensive line injuries. I think the line will move even further to +5 or even +5 1/2 if THREE are listed as out (La'el Collins being the guaranteed OUT of course, obviously) as Cappa's status is up in the air..
