  1. It should NEVER have come to that though!!! The offensive coaching staff under Dorsey is really proving itself to be incapable of utilizing the pieces we have. Was it Dorsey or McD leading this Kincaid suppression? Loyalty to Knox? I don't know what it was but it only took them 8 frigging weeks and Knox on IR....
  2. Followed up by an even worse ignorant response... good job, buddy.
  3. EJECT THE KICKER!!! Clubbing players with a helmet isn't a penalty?!?!?
  4. Classy response. Nobody wants to see this in the game, and it is disheartening to see some voices blowing this off. I feel the same way about Urban Meyer's misconduct as I do about this... sports must do better and clean up its act.
  5. Have you ever had a job where you were very experienced with certain skills and an employer stuck you with work that totally didn't fit your skill set? Let's hope that Elam is just a bust and not criminally misplaced... if he goes to another team and excels, it will be VERY ugly.
  6. BOTH at this point. WE NEED SARTAIN or someone at least serviceable, not some washed up guys. Yes he is... the pressure is really building, and if our problems get any worse, he will be in the hot seat like Staley is. You can feel it. Get serious.
  7. Bills 30 Buccaneers 27 Tyler Bass proves once again why he's Mr. Reliable and not what he has been over the last couple of weeks. Buckle up for some defensive gaffes.
  8. McDermott is fighting for his job at this point, and he's trying to throw anything at the wall to make it stick. Either Beane is not giving him a lifeline or McDermott is seriously putting band-aids on a large open wound.
  9. These band aid solutions to make up for a bust are getting very old... Josh Norman? Really??? I am pessimistic that it will get solved with these kinds of janky solutions.
  10. It's not normal for Maine to have this happen... not at all. I got a message from someone explaining why and deleted my post. Unfortunately a couple of ancient TBDers, which I am a part of, have died, so I just didn't want to see any more loss of life... which is why I asked.
  11. You can't ban a player in the NFL on a whim, that's why there is a CBA and a process for it. Shame you just typed all that out for no reason.
  12. There is a CBA which says otherwise.
  13. You DO realize that 13 seconds was the playoff game BEFORE THE 2022 SEASON, right????? This is the 2023 season. Who needs to lay off the crack now? 😆
  14. I don't like him either as a player or a human being, but banning him from the NFL is ridiculous.
  15. There was this season after where we won 13 games and a playoff game... doesn't seem like they were "lost" then.
  16. The problem is that doesn't account for the fact that Mac Jones had a career day against our defense... it's just a bad situation and I hope that Ankou can help with.
  17. Also my wife pointed out that they never scouted TCU, which explains why TCU didn't have the same issues the other teams had. I bet they didn't have ANY tickets or material for TCU.... I mean, who could have predicted that?!?! Makes sense to me.
  18. True! I am really rooting for Von but he needs to know what our current record is... that gaffe was disheartening.
  19. I don't know... the problems against Cinci in the playoffs have plagued them against the Giants and against the Patriots, two of the worst teams this season going in. I want to share your optimism WRT the cleaning up process, but I've seen this movie before and we have new players like Kincaid, Torrence and Sherfield.
  20. This was at HOME against the Bengals in the playoffs WITH Milano and WITH Tre White and WITH Rousseau. Would Von in October 2023 have helped? Nope. Our offense was pathetic and still will be pathetic with Dorsey as our OC. I just don't understand why you disagree with my previous statement. "On the other side, the Bills didn't manage a first down until the second quarter. Cincinnati's defensive line had its way, keeping Josh Allen under pressure while the secondary limited the Bills' big-play potential. The 10 points marked Buffalo's lowest total of the season. The Bills remain one of the NFL's most complete teams, but their difficulty getting out of the AFC is a storyline that's becoming difficult to ignore after another disappointing finish." https://www.sportingnews.com/us/nfl/news/bills-bengals-live-score-highlights-playoffs/unkfqo04nptoxspzbhbtwjtc
  21. All of this is moot if our offense looks like a disorganized mess. The whole point of the season is to win a Super Bowl, and so long as our offense looks as bad as it has, we have little chance in the playoffs beyond some wild card win. Our offense is broken and so long as McD continues to defend Dorsey, it will continue to be broken.
  22. My theory is that the defense is wearing down because the offense isn't giving them a reason to get excited... the offense faltering against poor teams can be demoralizing, much like benching players in the middle of games. Those two things are really messing with our defense, and if Von doesn't come back to form then it's inevitable a major shake-up is in the cards.
  23. Me neither... and as I just told my wife, we had better blow the doors off of Tampa, because if it is close or we lose, they may not have a choice to sit on their hands. The Bills MUST win either the Bengals or Eagles game now, because if they lose both the Bills we know will cease to exist after this season.
  24. Essentially instead of doing what other teams did to get better and win a Super Bowl, he's sitting on his hands frittering away our Super Bowl window. Ignoring the stupid calls for Henry and Adams, there are opportunities for the Bills to get a player that will help that's not some recycled player we've had here before or connected to the Panthers somehow. Can't we pursue Sartain??? He's worth a first round pick and something creative for us.
