It wasn't about gaining yards, though.. it was about: 1. Chewing up clock. 2. Forcing the Jets to come from behind with a long field. 3. Using our defense, which had made the Jets offense inept after the 1st quarter, stop them. 4. We stop them, and win the game. To me, it is clear cut... who cares if running was obvious? Time management dictates you run, ESPECIALLY if your line had dominated like ours did.

He was mostly a WRITER and not an actor, and if you knew that then your comment doesn't make too much sense. Some of the best SNL material was when he was writing for the show...

And it is especially dumb when your quarterback is J.P. Losman, a guy you KNOW doesn't take care of the football very well- to me that is the biggest point of all. A coach like Jauron should KNOW better, but he doesn't. That's why they both should rightfully be boiled over this.

It all is moot at this point... the past is the past, and we had a football guy in Bill Polian, but that's ancient history. We dumped McGahee, have no more Mike Williams counting against the cap, Losman is soon to be an ex-Bill, and Mort can say what he wants, but we need to focus on a drive to keep the Bills in Buffalo. Distractions are not going to help there, and by not showing up to the games, there won't BE a team left. The situation is that Ralph won't help, and nothing will change until we get a new owner. By subverting things now, NO ONE will want to buy this franchise unless they can move it. I'm staying true blue.
