  1. The Texans losing Miller for the season puts us in the drivers seat for Clowney if our interest is serious. What a position to be in!!!
  2. Sorry, but I don't want another Stevie Johnson here... we have Brown and Beasley, so keeping Zay around makes absolutely no sense. Whatever... don't understand this defense of a guy who was supposed to be very reliable but is anything but.
  3. If Duke Williams doesn't make this roster -and- Zay does, I will be shocked. Leading the Bills in TD catches last year is like the player on the USA Soccer Men's Team leading the team in scoring... so what? Our offense was pathetic last season.
  4. I notice that your post ignores the CURRENT state of the two teams. Based upon what I have seen, there is no reason to state unequivocally that you can't make an assessment on the Week 1 matchup. You might as well not post anything then, since we aren't allowed to assess and make a prediction... no reason to comment since nobody knows anything, right?
  5. I don't bet on the Bills that often at all... but when I do, I rarely lose. The line will be extremely favorable, but I'm betting straight up on the moneyline for added value. That's where the money is and I'm playing it. I never mix my Bills fan status with betting and fantasy football unless there is a prime opportunity to take advantage. Don't believe? OK then, that's you!
  6. Not including a 4-12 team in 2018 who hired a HC that was fired and firing their GM after the draft is well thought out? Hah. You make me laugh. Homers indeed... *sarcasm off*
  7. I'm betting heavy on the Bills in Week One. This sort of press is the ideal for the Bills, who will shock the Jets right off the bat and send all of the pundits into a tailspin. It's a prime moneymaking opportunity and I'm not going to miss out. No game play for LeVeon Bell and just some practice for a guy who hasn't played in a game in over a year? Missing two starting LBs? No real WR1? Offensive line issues? Gase is their HC? CHA CHING. Screw ESPN. Screw Cowherd. Buckle up!
  8. No they aren't spot on. Two years ago, when we made the playoffs, we were NEVER even close to being mentioned as a better team. Last year was a throwaway year because the media knew we were in cap hell and had a rookie QB in the mix and starting Peterman, another new guy. Even during the Super Bowl days we got the short shrift, and Miami almost always getting the nod over us to win the division. The media has NEVER given us enough credit, nor will they. There is an inherent bias towards other teams and lazy predictions based on last years results. Sure we have a couple of supporters out there, but let's face it, a majority are going to dump on us.
  9. So Colin Cowherd ALSO thinks the Bills are not a good team and Sam Darnold can do no wrong... he goes out of his way to point out that we are in that "bad team club". It's ALWAYS been this way though... whether or not it's Miami, the Cheatriots, the Jets, we're always dumped on. It's chronic with the national media. They don't pay attention to what moves we made... all they see is last years team and mail the prediction in.
  10. When both Hall of Famers the Bills drafted at WR were 4th round picks and two of the biggest busts in Bills drafting history were 1st round picks, it kind of runs counter to your argument.
  11. Because our offense NEEDS a great WR and he just is very inconsistent. We need consistency to win... Lawson can be replaced but not a guy who was supposed to be a stable pass catching machine.
  12. During the early days of sports broadcasting, men like Chuck Bednarik, Art Donovan, Dick Butkus, Deacon Jones and Nick Buoniconti were representative of old school football and it is very sad to see them gone one by one. I don't care if he played for the Fish... he was one hell of a good commentator on Inside the NFL.
  13. Darnold and Allen will be going at each other the entire time both are playing for the Jets and Bills like Marino and Kelly. There is no way Darnold flames out...
  14. I wanted the Bills to draft Baker, and I get a lot of Browns news here. Baker tends to insert himself into things in the media which must have an effect on the team and causes distractions. On the spectrum of arrogance-cockiness-confidence, Baker straddles the arrogance/cockiness catergory. I'm thrilled we have Josh Allen, because he has confidence with flashes of cockiness and it doesn't detract from the team.
  15. Jim Kelly never grabbed his crotch at his opponent. Andre Reed never performed multiple sideline sideshow acts on the sideline during any game. Marv Levy was an experienced coach who didn't put up with what Freddie Kitchens will. Don't confuse the passion to be the best sometimes ending in conflict vs. selfish and/or "look at me" players overflowing with antics and sideshow clips.
  16. This is why the Browns are going to have problems... they cater to egos, to individuals and the GM wants the personalities. They will keep getting the hype, unlike the Bills, who will be relegated to the bottom of division predictions. I'm REALLY, REALLY looking forward to Bills/Browns. Everyone will get to see the difference!
  17. He's definitely wrong... all those Lombardi trophies in their HQ say otherwise.
  18. Andre Reed, Cornelius Bennett, Bruce Smith, Thurman Thomas and Jim Kelly... I made sure I had every Bills one they made, and stuck Dre on my Bills hard hat on the front
  19. In Madden, very fast QBs have ALWAYS gotten higher stat breaks because of their ability to disrupt defenses. Normal.
  20. The trade of Lamonica is one of the worst decisions the Bills ever made, and to be sure it turned a proud championship franchise into an absolute mess. Drafting Josh Allen has the potential to do this for us in the opposite direction. Now I have to go and rewatch Lamonica highlights! You are spot on with this post.
  21. Barry Bonds??? No, ***k Barry ******g Bonds. Seriously Josh, that cheating arrogant POS? That broke my heart.
  22. Since we now have a moral criminal degenerate in office, anyone who still supports that mook has absolutely no right to criticize Colin Kaepernick, period. That simple.
  23. OJ is in that Trump category of criminals using Twitter to "get even", so yeah, not the same as the rest. They both act like they have CTE, but only one saw action LOL
  24. Considering for a while there we were drafting Mike Williams, J.P. Losman, Spiller, Dareus and Watkins, I COMPLETELY UNDERSTAND DRAFTING INEPTITUDE AND FAN ANGER. We have suffered for decades.
  25. Only Philip Rivers talked the same amount of trash in game than Steve Smith
