We need the best, most up and coming coordinator that guarantees us that he will get wins, doesn't ask too much money and wants to be in Buffalo more than life itself…and if he takes another job in another city for the same money, he's a jackass and we didn't want him here anyway. Other than that, we want proven HC that has been successful inside of the last decade by their own merits NOT their QB, OL or defense…because that is riding coat tails. In addition, they must want the lower end of market rates, want to be in Buffalo and be psyched to not have a QB or 1st rounder. No retreads, especially if they are paid to analyze today's game on TV every week to go with their SB win and immense credibility for putting winners together. Other than that, the most ideal situation would be to bring back Chan and have Fitz as QB. -offseason is on like a MOFO at 2BD with another coaching change!

Thanks Kyle, some good play, a lot of very bad….one thing was clear from your words/body language and play, you wanted the $$$ but you were not going to risk your health in any way shape or form. His words, before joining the team, about having a Daughter changing him have always stuck in the back of my head. In addition, he's no dummy, the head injuries wreaking havoc on older retirees not very easy to ignore. Could very well be that he did NOT want EJ to fail, he wanted to collect an easy 5Mil and not see the field.

I'm not crushing him, but speaking from the standpoint of what a consultant and former GM might use as data points. I highly doubt Pegula is going to tell BP to hands off this area and not that area…..and I highly doubt BP takes a job where he doesn't get to analyze all of it. They said they would hire a consultant to assess the organization top to bottom. This sounds like the job that Bill P would be brought back to do. This guy has been around more winning than most anyone in the game. We have flaws in this system from 15+ years of dysfunction and he would be there to make suggestions on how to improve them. Who better to take a before/after snapshot of this organization from the last time they were in the playoffs to show where they went off the rails. I think he deserves a little more credit than just doing all of this to get his Son a job. He knows the area and would probably LOVE to cap off his career with a SB in Buffalo. Tell me one other thing that would complete this man's NFL resume? Like everything else they have done or not, the 2 Dougs spent BIG in 2 drafts and got egg on their faces in both…sorry but ODB's season makes them look bad for spending insane levels to get Sammy. We use similar measurements to say that Donahoe was terrible on this board. Nobody should be safe in theory but the progress will not be ignored and sacrificed…Polian too good at what he does.

TC is a great man, great coach and deserves much recognition for two miracle runs to the SB (5 road playoff wins and 2 SB's over the Pats) It is worth mentioning that if Plaxico didn't shoot himself in the leg and unravel the team, they were poised to do some deep playoff damage in 2008. In 2010, the line drive punt to DeSean cost them the division and a home playoff game. I just don't see this happening. A 70 year old guy with roots in the NJ area doesn't step down from one of the most visible jobs in sports, pick up his family and start a new 5 year plan in Buffalo. I remember it took a while for his coaching methods to take root as he is a hardcore discipline guy. There were almost a couple of mutiny situations led by Strahan (guys that were there before TC) before the team "got it". 2SB's later, he doesn't have to win anyone over…it's his show. Does a 70 year old guy want to have to re-establish this in another town? Unfortunately, and I love the guy, I think we're going to have to look elsewhere.
