  1. Silly little man - wrong again: http://www.nj.com/eagles/index.ssf/2016/01/adam_schefter_thinks_giants_ben_mcadoo_is_a_favori.html
  2. Marrone - may you forever be a bridesmaid….and never again a bride.
  3. Congrats to TT! Well-deserved. I look forward to your future successes as a Bill-4-Life!
  4. Look at Morris Claiborne…top CB a couple drafts back….grades out with a 38! (One line below Shepp!)
  5. Welp...going to try really hard to judge all of this by the product they put on the field.
  6. This thread had to happen...its a process we must go through.
  7. Weak Rex....weak. Not exactly what you said coming in. Just zip it already with your shtty hollow guarantees.
  8. And you just know that the commercials are coming.... Who's it going to be? My $ is on some jerky ad about some new Dorito's flavor.
  9. WTF is going on here! -- The Giants interviewed former Bills coach Doug Marrone on Saturday. He appears to be a strong candidate, possibly even a front-runner, as there are some involved with the search who seem focused on finding a coach with previous NFL head-coaching experience. The Giants consider Marrone a program-builder based on his work in the college ranks at Syracuse and their belief that he had the Bills on the right track before taking a $4 million buyout last year after the team was sold. Buffalo was 9-7 in 2014, Marrone's second season there. That is the only winning season the Bills have had since 2004 and just their second since the turn of the century. http://espn.go.com/blog/new-york-giants/post/_/id/45844/the-latest-on-the-giants-coaching-search
  10. In the hole big, like any (troubled) gambler, Rex doubles down his bets with his gigantic yapper.
  11. From the "Glass Half Full" angle: Maybe Rex knows he needs someone in the ranks who can tell him to shut the f up without worrying about consequences. Someone to tell him his game plan is sh-t and abandon it at halftime. He knows his personality/reluctance to adapt has dug himself a hole of sorts, maybe Rob is there as a check/balance to make sure that he doesn't bury himself in it. From the "Glass Half Empty": What does this say about who is running what when this is this the FIRST defensive move of the offseason? WTF.
  12. This is nauseating news.
  13. Saint Doug interviews today….if this article, and the comments, are any indication of his chances…there's little chance it happens. http://www.bigblueview.com/2016/1/8/10733810/giants-coaching-search-pros-and-cons-of-hiring-doug-marrone-buffalo-bills-syracuse #Karma
  14. After alluding to coaching staff "changes" to be expected, have not heard much from OBD. I would have to think that Whaley would take a look at Pettine as DC/AHC. He knows Rex/the system and the players. He wouldn't need the full makeover on D to get this thing back on track. Maybe they're letting him spin wheels with all the HC gigs out there for a while.
  15. "Whoop dee damn doo!" Derrick Coleman
  16. Watching Marrone take the helm......of the Jag's O-Line...again.
  17. "Dont give up. Dont ever give up." Jimmy Valvano
  18. When the attitude is coupled with your HC trying hard to be your best frat bro, guessing things were warm and comfy for all! Would explain a lot of what we saw...penalties too.
  19. "Sometimes that light at the end of the tunnel is a train": Charles Barkley
  20. If I do, are you going to promise to get me into space this time?
  21. Don't forget the Falcons game. Held the lead in the 4th Q in 5 losses. Several times by 10 points or more. 10 fingers of JPP and Cruz for most of season on that team changes everything. That roster was garbage on D - especially at LB. They banked on Beason staying healthy which he's proven he cannot do. TE has been shite since Shockey and Boss. It was really time for Reese to go before TC. TC was so close to HC of the year had the wind blown even slightly in his direction in these close matches. I think that is why he is kinda loved somewhat by all NFL fans outside of a certain specific region!!! Took 2 Lombardi's away from those two !@$#$'s
  22. I would imagine he's on the B-list Payton is a great fit for them but they're doubtful to surrender a pick for any coach. Ben McAdoo (their current OC) would be the smart choice to maintain the offensive side of things. Cannot see Marrone jumping McAdoo or even a Hue Jackson. I just do not like the way that guy handled his departure here..it speaks to his character. I would have to think the brass at Big Blue are going to dive deep into why if they're remotely serious.
  23. I..just..speechless...wow. http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2016/01/06/giants-want-to-speak-to-doug-marrone-sean-mcdermott/
