Seems like a good time to be searching for a HC as there are quite a few good candidates available. I would personally be pretty happy with Lovie Smith.. but there are a few other names I'd be pretty excited about as well.

+1.. Gailey is the only coach I have actually liked the past 10 years.. Too bad he just isn't a good head coach. I wish him well.

Yes, we've had a great rivalry for the bottom of the division for the past few years.. I sure do miss when it was a rivalry for the top of the division though.
