A big problem they have is slow starts. They always seem to be down big going into the 2nd half, and have to pull these big comebacks. Looking forward to watching the game tomorrow. I believe they'll also be on ESPN2 against Fresno State on February 19 as a ESPN Bracket Buster. GO BULLS!

Like him or not, he never gave any less than 100% to this team. His performance as a QB was not always up to snuff, but as a man and a leader, we should appreciate all that he did.

Yeah...that's a doozy. He's one seriously f'ed up dude. I'm bummed that the Dark Tower series is over. He says he's pretty much done writing, though I'm not sure he's one to stay retired. Couple of other observations from last night... I love how Hurley calls everyone dude. For example, Sawyer, "So Steve got the short stick." Hurley, "Dude, his name was Scott." I think the Korean guy has serious potential to go postal. And much worse than he did to Michael earlier in the season. Boone's being a big puss is getting old. Jeez, just get a set of balls and stop looking so damn vulnerable. That dude Ethan was such a freak. He had a real Hannibal Lechtor look to him. And again, nice job by Charlie. So, we find out last night that Claire was gone two weeks. After the first couple of days, seems like the only person who gave a crap was love-sick Charlie. Everyone just went on about their business while one of their own remained kidnapped by a maniac. Of the three Lost hotties, I gotta give it up for Kate as #1. Not only does she have a smoking bod, but those damn freckles are so freaking cute! Lastly, looks like Sawyer and Kate may be getting busy next week. Isn't amazing how the !@#$ always gets the girl?

Word from the Jets is that Abraham has been tagged. As a result, expectations are that Lamont Jordan is gone. They should have traded him to Philly last training camp when they had the chance. Of course, tagging Abraham also gives the Jets the opportunity to now trade him.

I am a King fanatic. Read everything he's put out. My favorites are the Gunslinger series, The Stand, From A Buick 8 and Hearts in Atlantis. And true to Stephen King, a number (or maybe all) of the back stories of the main characters are intertwined.

Regarding Ethan and his group, its more than obvious that the only reason he/they wanted her was for the baby. Remember, the only reason she was on the plane was because of the baby. Quite frankly, I'm surprise he didn't just cut the kid right out of her womb. How and why she escaped does puzzle me. She has no memory of what happened, yet she tried to get away. Doesn't make a lot of sense.

I read that the talk is Moss to the Raiders for their 1st this year and Phillip Buchanan. If the Jets are serious, they would have to offer up someone like Abraham, and add in their 1st as well. If Moss has any say, my guess is that he'd rather be a Raider. More bad ass.

My thoughts on last night... First of all...nice job Charlie! That surprised the hell out of me. I like how, for a few seconds, you were left to wonder who fired the shots. And damn...he placed a real nice, tight group in old Ethans chest. I love Sawyer and his one liners..."Don't even think about it, jungle boy." Nice. Another thing about Danielle (the French woman)...she also said something about "the others," obviously referencing another group that is out there somewhere on the island. My guess is that she's been allowed to live by the other group because she's nutty as a fruit cake, and poses no threat to Ethan and his gang. Minor storyline point that may grow in the future...it seems that the Korean guy has a feeling that his wife understands English. My guess is that he does to. Next week is made to look like Sawyer goes after Jack, which is ridiculous. If Sawyer goes after anyone, it will be Sayid for that whole torture thing. With the shows ever increasing popularity, its no wonder that the number of commercials are on the rise. The sad thing is that means that actual show content is cut. And lastly, we are definately overdue to see Kate in her undies again.

I think that pretty much sums it up. I don't think the circumstances could be any better for JP to start. Like I've said before...he needs to work his ass off during the offseason, and come into camp ready to take the job by the balls. Just keep the D away from him during practice!!!

February 8, 1985 (20 years ago YESTERDAY!). Both of us were going to UB. We met at the BBC, on Bailey by the Main Street campus. Ran into her again later that night at PJ Bottoms, and as they say, the rest is history.

So, the preview of tonights episode in my local paper read something like this..."A pregnant Claire returns having no memory of what happened to her." Well, so much for my eagle-eyed observation a few weeks back about her NOT being pregnant. Thank God we're back with a new episode. Oh, Lost, how I've missed you so.
