Thanks to everyone for bringing back so many wonderful memories. I have no one to blame but myself.

So, given the enthusiasm expressed by fans and media alike, it's clear that the throwbacks are deeply loved for the Bills and the blue & gold are the same for the Sabres. My question is...why the hell doesn't management of both teams recognize this and make the these jerseys permanent? If $$$ is the issue, fans would continue to snap up the throwbacks, and would start buying the blue & golds like crazy. Is common sense what we're missing here?

34-78-83...I haven't been editing out the commericals. I tried that initially and it just ends up looking all jerky. If that changes how you feel about your pending purchase, I'll understand. Fez...WTF. I found some old tapes of some really great games, and figured if some Bills fans wanted to buy them from me, that's up to them. I honestly don't think what I'm doing is such a big deal...ever heard of eBay? Sheesh. And listen...what you do with your time and your DVDs is your business..heck, I think I even bought the Comeback game from you. I got an email from a guy who wanted to trade games...not into that but I was thankful for his interest. It's a free world dude...if no one wants to buy them, such is life. If people do, good for them...I'm happy that I can show some people what good football really looked like.

With all the posts about the no-punt game, it made me remember another game at the 'Stick... Jim drives the Bills down to the SF goal line in the closing moments of the game. Darrick Holmes takes the handoff and leaps towards what seems like a sure go-ahead score. He is met head-on and fumbles. The ball is then picked up and run back the entire length of the field for a touchdown. What a tough loss that was...and I think it was nationally televised since I was able to see it her in the NYC area.

It's the commentary that I found gripping.
