  1. Hmmm...that's an interesting thought. The idea that this is someones dream or fantasy has been discussed a lot. If I remember correctly, though, one of the writers dismissed this theory quite some time ago.
  2. Ever since last season, I've more and more come to believe that Hugo may be the key to everything. He's been tormented by the numbers for so long, and as you point out, he's the glue...and has been for a while now. I would not be surprised if we find out at the end that Hugo, not Jack or Locke, or even Ben, was the critical focal figure of all the people on the island.
  3. Sorted by character!!! http://lost.about.com/od/sawyernicknames/S...s_Nicknames.htm
  4. Some one, some where, has to have made a list of all the nicknames Sawyer has come up with. How great would that be?
  5. Regarding the crackers Hugo was eating, "Those ARE 15 years old..."
  6. I think you are absolutely correct. Same reason why he balked at the science camp later on.
  7. Did anyone else notice that in the previews for this weeks episode, Claire is shown briefly? They could either be f'ing with us, or she's come back to the gang for some reason.
  8. I'm pretty sure this is the site you're talking about... http://timekills.org/WordPress/
  9. Oh. I thought this was going to be about Jenna Bush's wedding.
  10. When John asked Christian how to save the island, Claire's little smile totally creeped me out. WTF happened to her? Is she dead? Or is she alive and now under the "spell" of the island? And by Christian saying that Aaron is where he's supposed to be...obviously that means with Sawyer. Which coupled with what Jack was told last week, leads me to believe that Jack was not supposed to leave the island (maybe that's why he wanted to get back so despirately). I think Sawyer was supposed to leave the island with Kate and raise Aaron.
  11. A friend of mine pointed that out...perhaps the island healed his scar away?
  12. Wise ass.
  13. Wow...just had an epiphany. Jacks father showing up on the island and leading Claire off reminded me that Jack and Claire are brother/sister. It just hit me that when Jacks is yelling at Kate at the end that she is not even related to Aaron, he is alluding to the fact that HE is. And what of Charlies message to Jack (through Hugo) that Jack is not supposed to raise Aaron? I remember Claire being told by the fortune teller (?) that no one else is to raise her child, and we are now reminded of this by Charlies message. So something likely happens to Claire that is unexpected, orphaning Aaron. And Jack and Kate naturally get themselves and Aaron off the island. And who was Kate talking to in regards to doing something for Sawyer. She was speaking very friendly and confortably with whomever was on the phone, so she clearly knew this person well. Could it have been Sawyer, calling from the island? I don't think this is an outlandish idea. There more I think about this episode, the more questions I have.
  14. I think you'd be hard pressed to give any draft an A until the following year and you've seen now everyone has played out. So...I give it a B. Solid, with potential for that A come the end of the season.
  15. And Jamey Richard goes to the Colts. Good for him, though I thought he would have been a nice pick up for the Bills.
  16. Outstanding! Great to see this guy get his chance, though I was hoping the Bills would use a 7 on him, or perhaps Jamey Richard. Let's go Bulls!
  17. Ah...I was hoping that these were those pics. The beachball one is the best!
  18. Woo hoo! I'd be a first rounder...got me a flippin' 50!
  19. Well, it's not quite that bad.. April 24 is the next episode.
  20. Yes...yes she is. And about Tom/Zeke being gay?!?!? Not that there's anything wrong with that, but still..WTF?!?
  21. I see your point. Jin could be one of the dead...and then Claire could be the second (died during childbirth?). Hurley didn't seem that broken up though...and I was thinking he was just feeling bad for Sun. He said "Are we going to visit him" almost flippantly...which made me think that there's no Jin in that grave...and that Jin is not dead.
  22. Could Kate have adopted Aaron? I don't believe Claire has any family left, so in theory Kate could have adopted him after they returned.
  23. Yeah...my bad...I made the edit. The Six are: Hurley Jack Kate Sayid Sun Aaron Some people dispute that Aaron should be counted. He was on the plane, and survived. That's that. Just because he's a baby doesn't disqualify him. Plus it raises the question of what became of Claire.
  24. Thanks. That's the $25,000 question...what allowed the Six to get off the island? What did they have to do...what kind of deal did they make? Let's look at the Six and figure out why they wanted/need to come back: Hurley: was it his money that made him want to come back? Jack: always wanted to get off the island Kate: was hesitant to leave because she was still known, but I think like jack, she just wanted to get off the island Sayid: doesn't seem the type to take a spot over someone else, so there has to be more here than we know (I think he could have been content to stay) Sun: needed to leave to save her life and that of the baby Aaron: his leaving signals to me that Claire is dead. She would never separate herself from him, unless the conditions on the island became so bad that she gave him to Kate so that he would have a normal life (this would be the gut-wrenching, tear-jerking response)
