Now, I have nothing against this guy, but I always felt the hype about him was a bit much, especially heading into the MAC Championship game against the Bulls. OK, so he had a bad day, and reports said he had the flu, but man did he look terrible that day. Fast forward to the bowl game against Tulsa. Another crushing loss lead by more bad play from the QB position. That's why they play the game.

I made a similar comment to my wife last night that I was thinking that Ben is going through something like a Groundhog Day scenario, where he keeps having to go back to try to do something.

Remember that Christian told John that Sun had to come back too. Clearly he has plans for her that are separate what is planned for the others from the plane. And isn't it interesting that her appearance before Christian was essentially facilitated by Ben.

Dude...for the most part, Buffalo, both it's team and the city itself, have been getting slammed all week. Media outlets from all over the country have been using the TO signing as an opportunity to point out what a hole our beloved city is and/or what a bad organization the Bills are. And IMHO, SU has nothing to do with Buffalo. SU is central New York, just like CU. If the Big Red wins the NCAA hockey championship, I don't think too many people in Buffalo will be pounding their chests with pride. Cheer for UB...they represent Buffalo.

You may have said this in jest, but I'm thinking that you might be dead on. Think about it...Charley is probably the only person who could get Hurley to go back to the island...especially if he told Hurley that he would be there waiting for him and in need of a new guitar.

My God...what would cause a pilot to pull BACK on the stick when in a stall? One would have to believe that this is one of the more basic and important reactions that a pilot is taught. While not understanding how seniority and such things work in the airline field...one has to wonder why the second officer, with 774 hours on this type of craft, was the second officer, while the pilot, who only upgraded to this type of craft, was the pilot. Is this some kind of on-the-job training?

Hey...I'd like to give a shout out to all those sick, insenstive POS's who think it would be cool to sneak into the crash site to snap some pictures or take video. According to local police, this has been happening with shocking regularity, with some people even having been arrested. It never ceases to amaze me how some people get their rocks off at the expense of someone elses tragedy. I truly hope that no one on this board has done such a thing...and if you know someone who did or is thinking about it...B word slap the motherf*ckers and tell them to get a life.

I am always shocked at how bad news coverage of these kinds of events is. And the worst part of the coverage is the speculation...every network wants to be the first to scoop something, so they invite endless and unfounded speculation regarding causes, damage, who did what, how may people died, etc. It's disgusting. No one just reports the facts. And then they're also all racing to find someone personally affected by the tragedy, because hey, what's better then grief-stricken people screaming their horror and sadness. Now that makes for great television!

This time thing is just one big circle. For Daniel...he's involved with the Lost-aways now, but he was also involved way back when, and likely was in some way throughout the years. So where did his involvement begin? He obviously knew what was going to happen to Charlotte when we encountered her when she was a child. He was an adult then, as he is now. When and how did Daniel enter this continual time loop?
