  1. Nope...after going for a 56-yarder and making it, picking a pass off almost immediately after, and then hitting a deep bomb on the very next play, I kinda thought things were finally going our way at the end of a game.
  2. I didn't necessarily mean the Bills...
  3. ...is Rutgers true freshman Tom Savage. This kid looks great! I've watched him a number of games this year...strong arm, mobile and seems to have a good head for the game. And a big plus...he's 6'5". If he keeps up the play he's shown this year, he'll be a first round pick in 2012 for sure.
  4. Tony Dungy would be a great choice as head coach, and I'd even stomach Vick as our QB if it was only for one year while the 1st round QB we draft next year learns the ropes.
  5. I find it interesting (and somewhat disturbing) that Jim thinks the Russ Brandon should stay (at least that's what I get from this comment). I hope to God that Jim isn't in Ralph's ear on this one.
  6. But he is in place and I'm sure he'll get the chance to interview for the full time position. And that will satisfy the requirement.
  7. Awwww crap...why do I think Perry is going to screw up our chance at a high 1st round pick?
  8. Everyone realizes that this gentleman will be our minority interview...right?
  9. What a clusterf*ck. LOL
  10. You're right. It's not a debate because they both blow. Good times...good times.
  11. This from Tim Graham on ESPN.com: http://espn.go.com/blog/afceast/post/_/id/...t-edwards-at-qb Damn we're pathetic.
  12. Fun game to watch so far. Roosevelt is having his best day as a Bull.
  13. Oh damn.
  14. It really was nice having a Sunday off from the aggravation and disappointment of following the Bills game. I spent time outdoors with the family, made a nice dinner for everyone, and just chilled. Back to hell next week though.
  15. I couldn't believe how conservative the offense play calling became in the second half. I know the running game was kicking ass, but to always put Maynard in 3rd and longs was just not right.
  16. Ahhhh yes...isn't it great that the teams long-term fortunes were determined by the team Treasurer. What did Polian do, park in the d-bags reserved spot? Take the last Ding Dong out of the vending machine? Submit an expense report that included hotel mini-bar cashews? Thanks Ralph. I can hear Littman right now..."Ralph...with the talent we have here now, what the hell do we need a high-priced GM for?"
  17. They're a great show. I've seen them eight times and am still disappointed that I can't see them this year. I'm just a bit down on the new stuff. Looking forward to hearing your thoughts on the show. Enjoy!
  18. After years of talking about it, TSO has finally released their much-anticipated Night Castle CD. I got it in the mail yesterday and have listened to it through a couple of times. I have to say...I'm pretty disappointed. I'm a huge TSO fan (I'll listen to the Christmas songs year round LOL) so I've been very much looking forward to this release. There are some songs that definitely standout as classic TSO, but there are others that seem flat. The songs tell another big story, but IMHO it just lacks the punch and emotion of past albums. Sometimes it takes more than a few listens for me to really get into an album, but I'm definitely feeling disappointed right now. What are some other thoughts out there? I'm also curious as to what this years tour will be like. Given that this new CD tells a big story I have to believe that they'll be devoting at least half the show to the new material. I won't be seeing TSO this year (first miss in five years...daughter is performing in a performance of the Nutcracker ) so I'll be relying on my fellow Wallers to fill me in.
  19. Exactly...and thanks for going easy on me. LOL
  20. Welcome to the board, now prepare to be flamed. It doesn't matter what you post for the mood here is foul to say the least.
  21. I'm so bummed that I'm going to have to miss them this year after having seen them for five years running. Lookiung forward to the much anticipated Night Castle CD, though I'm really sad about not being able to see this years show.
  22. Yep...that sounds about right. His nickname was Butch "Touchdown" Rolle. And if I remember correctly, none of those TDs were for more than five yards. He was constantly left wide open in goal line situations because the D would be focusing on Metz. Ah yes...the days of a functional and successful double TE set.
