  1. What's the chance that the island is really Middle Earth, and he got thunked by another freaking hobbit (there's already one of them running around!).
  2. Sweet fancy moses!!!
  3. Soon to be "They Waived Me?"
  4. I thought it might have been Sawyer too (clunking Sayid), but he would have been too far away (remember he set up that other antena, and then shot off the bottle rocket).
  5. Hockey East is nothing more than the ECAC's ugly off-spring.
  6. Well, in a nutshell, you have a bunch of beautiful people (with one fat guy) that survived an unsurvivable plane Rosen. Since they've been on the island, all sorts of freaky things have been going on. Kind of like Stephen King meets the Twilight Zone. Good stuff!
  7. I was laughing about those other characters getting involved too. "My God!!! There's been a cave in and our main studly dude character is trapped!!! All you peripheral no-line characters come help! Chances are one of you will buy it, but you never know."
  8. If you've never seen a Cornell hockey home game at Lynah Rink, you've missed a true experience! This is just one reason why... "Cornell is on notice that if the game is delayed because of fish on the ice or if other disruptive, unsportsmanlike conduct from the fans occurs (particularly the throwing of objects at players or officials), the Big Red will be penalized. Cornell University Police will be checking everyone at the entrances to Lynah and confiscating fish. Throwing objects onto the ice is prohibited and violators are subject to expulsion from the rink." http://cornellbigred.collegesports.com/spo.../110404aaa.html
  9. That's pretty solid analysis...at least based on what we've been led to believe thus far.
  10. You know, that's a good point. However, the difference between to two crashes is that the Sioux City Rosen occurred as the plane travelled along the ground surface. The impact effect was lessened by the lack of altitude. The Lost Rosen occurred when the tail section separated from the rest of the plane at a high altitude. There is no way that the remaining section of the fuselage should have done anything else except slam into the ground and explode into a million pieces.
  11. Ah...forgot to talk about that. My thought on that is that there are other entities on this island that are controlling the funky stuff that is going on. Either that or it was another survivor for whom this will be the beginning of another plot line.
  12. I thought last night's episode was excellent. Some observations - The whole thing with the moth was pretty cool. Goose-bumby at the end. Looks like Michael and the Korean lady are going to have some issues down the road; I like what they did with Charlie...the whole thing with his brother was interesting. And see...the island has again allowed a character to face his demons and win; I like that Sayid came right out and said that no one should have survived that Rosen. It needed to be said...and gave Kate something to think about. Kate...mmmmmmmmmm. Looks like Sawyer if finally going to get his next week...all that hoarding and being a dick finally catches up with him; and, Locke...what can you say...he went from being a complete freaking mess (i.e. thinking a dail-a-porn girl was going to run away with him) to being the svengali of the island. Locke rules! Got stevestojan, this show...good stevestojan. As always...looking forward to next week!
  13. Screw 'em...we'll be fine. Besides, I'm looking forward to hopefully getting Haddad in there for a few plays.
  14. That's exactly right. That little guy ruined as at the Meadowlands a couple weeks ago.
  15. Now I was sure I had read that the Bills had asked the NFL to refrain from scheduling Monday and Sunday night games in Buffalo due to the fact that this team draws from such a large area, and the Bills didn't want their fans driving 4 hours home at 2 in the morning. From TD's mouth comes the real story... Raul Nava Cossi (Mexico D.F.): I've been a great Buffalo Bills fan for about 14 years. Why hasn't ESPN or ABC given us a game at home on Sunday or Monday night for about the past 10 years? The last one I recall was Monday night against Cincinnati and Andre Reed still played that season. TD: The last Monday night game was in 1994 with Denver. We would welcome one. There has been some speculation that we have discouraged the League from giving us a Monday night game or a Sunday night game, but that is not the case. We would be excited to have one and hopefully next year when that schedule comes out, the Bills will be on it. WTF NFL?!?! We've had some decent teams since 1994. Of course, the Dolfags are always good for at least four prime time appearances.
  16. Oh yeah...I forgot.
  17. Yeah...me too.
  18. I can't wait to hear how those three jackasses doing game try to get us pumped up. :I starred in Brokeback Mountain:

  20. Same goes for Jacksonville. We beat our selves in both games. Should be 4-2...not 2-4.
  21. That place is hell to play in. Remember the Kelly years...we'd be blowing the doors off of everyone, would go in there on a Monday night, and get crushed.
  22. Great to be in the position for a change to play the backups.
  23. Holy crap! Two PASSING TD's in the same game!?!?! Nice!
  24. WE'RE billsfanone!!!!! Oops, I mean, yahooo!
