  1. Obviously there's nothing to report. Damn NHL! :I starred in Brokeback Mountain:
  2. They did some Zep when I saw them at MSG on Monday. The first half of the show was the story, and admitedly, was a bit slow at times (though the music was great). The second half of the show was a mix of their other stuff, and a couple of covers, and was unbelievable!
  3. Big day for helmets! My wife got me a full sized replica helmet autographed by Jim AND Thurman, while my father-in-law got me THREE autographed mini-helmets...Jim, Drew and Travis. And get this...the Travis helmet is autographed by him during his rookie year as #25 (remember...Henry Jones had #20 that year).
  4. I'd play 'em. There were a couple of years during the SB runs where Marv sat a bunch of guys during the last game (against Detroit - loss; against the Redskins - loss) where it didn't seem to effect the next games play. But I agree...you keep up with what got you there.
  5. Seems that this topic is getting a lot of press, with the general consensus amongst players and the media being that you play each game to win, and that those times that team rested players, they ended up losing the next week. We know that Maddox is starting for Pittsburgh, but this is more out of need (being cautious with Ben's injury) rather than a decision to rest a starter. I think I read, though, that Bettis is being held out as well. I think the rest of the Steelers starters will be in there. That's fine, because I think the Bills will be able to beat the Steelers even if they were playing all their starters. What this the press above bodes well for is the Colts playing their starters in Denver. I think Indy will play their starters for as much of the game is needed for them to get the win. Plus, Denver hasn't exactly been tearing it up lately, so this game is kind of a toss up, with me leaning towards the Colts and their starters. And being in the NYC area, and having to follow the Jets on a daily basis, I see the pressure on this being mounting by the hour. With each passing day, more and more news articles are really laying it on this team. I think the combination of this pressure, Chad's increasing habit of making mistakes, and the fact that the Rams must win as well, makes me lean towards the Jets losing. Yeah, I know, a totally pro-Bills view of the three games. But hey, I really feel this is the way things will break on Sunday. GO COWBELL! GO BILLS!
  6. DING DING DING (CLANG CLANG CLANG!!!)!!! WE HAVE A WINNER! I love that stuff...that's some tasty brew right there.
  7. I like the way he dresses.
  8. Nice, but dude, be careful. A friend of mine just got killed by an 18-year old girl running a red light. He was even a motorcycle safety instructor, but a lot of good that did him.
  9. Thanks for your help last week.
  10. My wife and I took our 5-year old daughter a few weeks ago and we all loved it! Plus, we were fortunate enough to see it in 3D at the local IMAX. If anyone gets the chance to see it in 3D, DO IT!!! What a riot! At times (i.e. the train going down the mountain and onto the lake) you get a total sensation of movement (like being on a roller coaster!).
  11. Right now...Drew. Drew's arm strength might be the deciding factor. They were talking on sports radio down here yesterday about the one time last year that the Jets were on the opponents 45, and Pennington "heaved" a hail mary that ended up coming down around the 10. Drew can still stretch the field very nicely, while the golden boy is restricted to 20 - 30 yds downfield at best.
  12. Ask and ye shall receive.
  13. I think Denver is much healthier psychologically if compared to the Jets. The Rams need to be physical with the Jets...this team gets beaten down pretty easily, and after last week, could be forced into mistakes if they go down a couple scores early.
  14. That being said...let's make sure whatever Steeler fans that are there are completely drowned out. And if anyone sees one of those "Terrible Towels," make sure you wipe your ass with it!
  15. Yep...right before the show began they presented a check for $13,000+ to a local childrens rehab hospital.
  16. One word describes tonights TSO show at MSG...UN-!@#$ING-BELIEVABLE!!!! What a night! These guys were amazing, playing for nearly three straight hours, and totally blowing away the 13,000+ in da house. I know there were a couple other TSWers going tonight, so I'd love to hear you thoughts on this fanastic concert!
  17. Duey on the bowl, 9:30 am to 4:15 pm
  18. Jeez, what a load of Dolphin-loving crap this fossil is spewing. Hey, Don, why don't you tell us a little about your last game? :I starred in Brokeback Mountain:
  19. Nice...an all cowbell tread!
  20. This should be an absolutely fantastic week to read the NYC tabloids (Daily New, Post).
  21. "Buffalo feasted on the NFC West this season, winning all four games by a combined margin of 160-47." http://www.usatoday.com/sports/scores104/1...CSCO0.htm#recap
  22. Here here!! Thanks boys...November and December have been a blast! Could you make January just as much fun?!?
  23. Check out the photo at this link called "The rout is on." Seems like a lot of Bills fans in the background.
