  1. I think we really need them both, and we need to go to a more ball control oriented offense, where their each getting 10-15 carries or more. Furthermore, look at what we got for Lynch, a back, who is not quite as good as FJ, but 5 years younger, a 4th rounder. I'm sorry you don't trade the BEST player on your team just b/c a guy we all wanted to cut 2 months ago has had a couple decent games.
  2. alcohol makes them slightly more tolerable 32 years old, born, raised, and never left chicago. . . and the bills are my whole life!! pathetic, i know.
  3. Delilahs is awesome, a little crowded sometimes, but a good atmosphere and cheap beer! They opened up the upstairs of the bar a couple seasons ago if you want to get out of the crowd. Against the Dolphins we typically sacrifice a paper mache dolphin by setting it ablaze on Lincoln Ave at halftime - Good Times!!
  4. 1 clausen - bills 2 tebow- vikings 3 berry - seahawks 4 spiller - 49ers 5 bryant - broncos
  5. one of my only good donte whitner memories is when he laid out marshall and forced a fumble in that late season game in denver in 2008. also one of trent's last good games!
  6. seattle's not taking claussen now, i think he's the bills pick now for better or worse.
  7. what if the qb is the best available, not sure if thats the case w/bradford or clausen, but what if?
  8. i was in 3 for awhile, thought at the presser, Nix would introduce 'offensive coordinator Cahn Gailey, followed by head coach Bill Cowher!
  9. The 32nd highest paid head coach in the whole NFL!
  10. because he's not an NFL QB
  11. i think we've made a terrible hire, plain and simple; that being said i'm a bills fan and will continue to be a bills fan even if their are at least 10-15 people more qualified to be coach. But, if Nix truly has faith in Gailey he better have some Bill Polian-esque drafts ASAP; talent wins out in the end, even if we have the 32nd best (paid accordingly) coach superior talent wins out. heres to hope!!! (its all we have on black wednesday)
  12. hilarious!! first time i've laughed in 2 days, i think having a sense of humor is the only way to deal with these unfortunate turn of events (and the #1 pick in the 2011 draft!!)
  13. all of a sudden i've been rendered 3 hours of free time on sunday afternoons. Also i can spend my saturdays watching college football knowing full well the bills have clinched the #1 pick for 2011 and we'll have our choice of anyone!
  14. and jason peters gets to the 2nd round
  15. schouman looked pretty good, albeit small sample size, but i'd definitely take him back
  16. brad butler can play RT; i'd say we use our 1st rd pick on Okung if he's available to play LT.
  17. glad im not a bills fan
  18. winfield 2!
  19. force of habit, i hate myself i guess!! go bills from chicago!!
  20. i can see come 2010 philly moving mcnabb for a 2nd or a 3rd rounder, he'll only be like 32, and he will be a bill holpefully!
  21. delilahs is the best, i've had great drunken times beating up paper mache dolphins and burning a willis mcgahee jersy on lincoln ave.
  22. this isn't baseball, and were not the pirates, we spend just like the other teams, to the cap, more or less. the problem is that their is no cap in coaching salaries, so rw goes on the cheap there, and it shows. With Phillips, Mularkey, Williams at least there was the thought we'd get the next great young coach, but the jauron hiring was uninspired and the re-hiring was down right pathetic. Not to stick up for Trent too much, but jauron has never coached a successful QB in 8 years of being an NFL head coach, i don't think that is a coincidence. Next year if we get gruden or shanahan maybe they can fix trent if he's not already completly f'd mentally by then.
  23. i agreee, thats the most talented 5some, the question is there enough time for them to gel as a unit in 2 weeks.
