2019 Bills Passing Game - What do you expect?
lacoy38 replied to ColoradoBills's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I d say 3,500 yards 20-22 TDS 59-60% completions -
Lawson's 5th yr option ($9.451M) declined & Ziggy update

I think Shaq is decent and wouldn’t mind him back at the right price . In my opinion between Shaq, Hughes and Murphy 1 of the 3 will be back and the DE on the other side will be a big name FA or high draft pick or combo of both. -
The Competition for WR6 on the Bills Roster
lacoy38 replied to Phil The Thrill's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
These WR “groups “ are only as good as the QB. Allen needs to improve- I think he will. Biggest area of beef is the Offensive line. Improvement there will make everyone look better . Our GM/ coach are going off Carolina model that went to a Super Bowl with Tedd Ginn as top wide out. -
Your final prediction: Who will the Bills draft in round 1
lacoy38 replied to Logic's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
My preference would be Ed Oliver Or Hockenson- think both are gone. I see a small trade back then grab Wilkins . Then possibly a trade back in to get Fant if he falls -
They really re did the whole thing! I think Boettger may be gone as well- or possibly coming down to him, Sirles and maybe a late round pick. Im now of the opinion they may not go OL til like 5th or 6th round. Think starters shake out like so: LT Dawkins LG Teller C Morse RG Spain RT Nsekhe maybe Long or Feliciano push Teller- though I think they’d prefer Long as primary back up because he’s a center

Ryan Fitzpatrick to sign with Miami
lacoy38 replied to 17islongenough's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Love Fitz- still a secret Bills fan. He ll get them to 6-10- just like he did for us. Bad enough to not sniff the playoffs but not nearly high enough to draft a franchise guy like Tua, well played my friend ! -
Roster spots becoming bigger factor than cap $$$ left
lacoy38 replied to Inigo Montoya's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Off the top of my head Bodine Ducasse Ivory McKenzie cant see spots for them - maybe even Marcus Murphy if we draft RB -
Love it. Williams super versatile which this regime loves. Irv can be eased in slow. Montgomery would be starting by Halloween

WR Cole Beasley (Dallas) to the Bills

Offseason Additions & Expectations
lacoy38 replied to BuffaloButt's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Based off chatter here and there and my own biases of course C Paradis OT Williams TE James Draft 1 Metcalf WR 2 Lindstrom G 3 Singletary RB -
Definitely- I bet he can be had for a 6th round pick . Not heavy mileage and a good complement to an aging Shady
-
Bills sign C Spencer Long to 3 year deal

Think this is more of a Groy replacement as an interior swing man. Think they still go after Paradis or Morse or draft someone day 2. -
What do you want to see this offseason: Free Agency
lacoy38 replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
In that $15 scenario I go: WR Tyrell Williams TE James C Morse G Foster OT James DT Phillips I feel like that covers needs enough where we can go BPA throughout the Draft -
I’ve consistently seen Oliver, Jonah Williams and Jawaan Taylor being mocked to us . Ok with all 3- but prefer trade down if possible
-
100 percent agree. We need a well rounded TE and have since Metzlaars left. Doesn’t need to put up Kelce/ Gronkowski stats but be an above average blocker and red zone threat . if he can do that I’d be content with a Scott chandler numbers! I like both the guys from Iowa- not at 9 but either in a trade down to mid first or trading back from the 2nd into late 1st

Who were the most UNDERUTILIZED Bills in history
lacoy38 replied to PUNT750's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I always felt we could’ve got more out of Roscoe Parrish - but with JP and Trent at QB hard to say ... -
Marc's 1st Mock Draft with projected traded
lacoy38 replied to RPbillsfan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I’d trade down but not sure who would be willing to trade up . Right there I’d go BPA- Ed Oliver DT. Guys like Cody Ford or Greg Little would be a reach at 9. -
RB needs to be addressed- I know OL is more important- but I think Shady is done.
-
Your opinion how the Bills will add to the Roster? (edited)
lacoy38 replied to njbuff's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Don’t see any trades (outside of minor shifting in the draft). Think they go heavy on OL in free agency - probably one upper echelon guy like Morse, Saffold or Paradis, then a couple of mid range guys once dust settles. Probably WR in FA- maybe Funchess (who I’m not crazy about ) on a team friendly deal. Draft will be BPA- with emphasis on offense- definitely think a TE and RB in first few rounds -
Reed- was solid unspectacular slot guy- not really a hit or miss Kelsay- drew my ire quite a bit but overall he was a hit - solid starter for a decade Parrish- injury problems robbed him of what could’ve been- still he’ll of a return man Byrd and Williams- exactly the same - both were awesome (took Aaron s bit longer) but injuries ruined them young Kiko- screw him ! He’s so overrated based off September 2013- did get us Shady though Darby- good Ragland- still don’t know why we traded him - reminds me of Kelvin Shepard not really sure in a good or bad way Zay- I think he can be pretty good Dawkins - same as ZAy but s little ahead right now
-
With Allen, I’m convinced he just needs more help
lacoy38 replied to Bufflow4's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
A running game would do wonders for his development. Go heavy on OL in FA- find a decent RB in mid rounds hopefully -
Zay Jones - Coming Around Nicely
lacoy38 replied to PolishPrince's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I think he’s Josh Reed- probably a middle of the road #3- still a usable piece though
