    66% of the teams in THIS years playoffs are being coached by coaches in their first NFL head coaching gig. If you count BOTH of INDYs coaches this year its even higher %.

    I want a bold college coach who has fresh ideas. I would be thrilled with either chip Kelly or Chris peterson. I dont care that they do not have NFL experience yet, In fact I think Its a benefit.

    I would LOVE this move. He is a very bold and forward thinking coach. I love boise state. The 2007 fiesta bowl was one of my favorite college games I've even seen. Boise state is a great program.

    If nothing else it shows Russ probably is a lurker on message boards and probably has a good idea to the general mood of the fans. Even that is refreshing to show that he has a forward looking approach
