  1. Thank you for posting this again Bill. One of the few posts I look forward to every game day.
  2. Wait a minute here. Unless the DC is Wanny right?
  3. Man, this stuffs funnier than a wet raw vegetable fart in an elevator.
  4. After all this. I absolutely LOVE Marrone. Finally this franchise has a a-hole as a coach. I love it.
  5. I thought it was a great interview and am proud of Marrone to do what he did. Let him be a lying jerk to the media. More power to him. Just win some damn games if you're gonna go that route. I'm not a fan if the media anymore. Marrone obviously didn't want to answer the question and its his right not to answer. So leave him the hell alone and ask about another topic. Don't ask him the same question a 5th time and then get pissy cause the coach put your arrogant ass in its proper place.
  6. Original owner and namesake for the Browns (Paul Brown) was the co-founder, first head coach and president of the Cincinatti Bengals which his son Mike Brown now owns. So, the Browns are named after their divisional rivals owner. I'm glad I'm not a Browns fan. Edit: Paul Brown was their first head coach not owner.
  7. Celebrating my 6 year wedding anniversary. Getting ready to go to "bed". Goodnight all.
  8. I thought Lone Ranger was a great movie. I don't get the rotten apple rating.
  9. Read the books to pass the time. It won't ruin the series for you.
  10. I get the chills when they form up for Pickett's charge and the drum beat starts. Just imagine what it was like during the battle. The horror but the beauty of seeing all those butternut clad soldiers walking in battle formation towards you. Or being the attackers and watching the barrage then walking up that long field towards history.
  11. 124 mph in a 1994 Chevy Caprice (police cruiser) while I drove. Been up to 130mph while a passenger.
  12. I would tend to agree with him but I'm biased since I'm already his "lap dog". But when my wife and I got married we basically sent an announcement that we were getting married at Lake Tahoe and gave the day and time. We put in the announcement/invite that we would love to see you there but if you couldn't afford it then we understood because we couldn't afford to pay for a big wedding. A lot of people still showed, and we had an excellent time.
  13. That's their job. I worked for a major department store in my local mall as loss prevention. There were many times when we have had to chase, people and fight people. But overall most of the arrests we made were quick and easy.
  14. I can't help to think that a certain someone may fail a "test" coming up. Wouldn't surprise me at all.
  15. I don't know what yur talkin aboot eh. Those guys sound like real hosers tho.
  16. I understand what you're saying. I follow TIm on twitter too. I get the feeling that most of his responses are sarcastic. I think that's just how he is. That's the great thing about twitter though. If you don't like someone you can unfollow them. I did that with Skip Bayless and a few others.
  17. Am I the only one that didn't see anything wrong with the conversation there?
  18. I'm so dehydrated. I need Gatorade STAT! Aand now there's soomething serioously wroong with my keyyyboarddd.
  19. I didn't see Steve Jobs, Winehouse, Cobain. It ended with the Challenger crew.
  20. They probably never saw the stuff you wanted them to sign. I had the pleasure one weekend in Sonoma to meet a lesser known NASCAR driver that is now a member of the media. He was hanging out in the park with his then crew chief so I struck up a conversation with him. He was really cool and down to earth. Anyway, I asked him what he hated most about being a "celebrity" and his response was signing autographs. He explained to me that walking down the street signing is one thing because you see the person face to face, take what they want signed, sign it and return it to that person. He enjoyed doing that because he was able to have interaction with the person requesting the autograph. What he hated was when he got back to the shop they would have all sorts of posters, die cast cars, cards, pictures, etc. just lined up all over the place and he would spend hours on hours in a room just walking down the line signing things. That's what he didn't like. He also said (and what may actually apply to your case) that most of the time people would send things to him and he would never get it. His manager, PR person, etc. gets those things first and THEY, not him, determines if it is "important" enough to pass on to him. He said that on a few occasions fans would come up and give him grief because he didn't sign something they sent him. My views on autographs changed somewhat with that conversation. Anyway, sorry for the long post here. Douche or not he is still the best to play the game hands down. I just hope there is a reason why he didn't sign them.
