Mahomes is a great player but imagine Josh with zero pressure and one of the GOAT TEs and fastest WR in the NFL.. I mean Mahomes is just in the best QB situation maybe ever.

We couldn't figure out TEs all year and just happened to go up against one of the best ever in the Championship game.. Scheme/Talent mismatch. I'm not sure what Edmunds does well.. Why didn't we play Milano on Kelce within 5 yards and hit him every time and have Poyer play the same side at 10 yards on a bracket/double team?

Hated everything about the gameplan and they way we played D the entire night.. Needed to be way more physical and aggressive with Kelce/Hill.. we turtled and got destroyed.

Defense has to play better to win vs Balt, our run game is what it has been all year.. bad.

Our best return was when Roberts fumbled it in the endzone and took a knee.... I hate taking it out of the endzone.. just take the 25 yard line and let our Offense go to work. I feel like terrible teams with no offense should be running it out so often..

Impossible when reality is literally in question at this point. Sad times..

It takes 1-2 good drafts and a few FA pickups to completely retool on the fly.. you don't need 5 year rebuilds anymore in this league. They have the most difficult piece to find already at QB and would be insane to trade him to "start over".

Tannehill seemed to make a lot of big plays with his feet that hurt us that game too. Something that is of little concern with Rivers.

Don't want to see Tenn or the Ravens... I think both would be tough games and really a toss-up... We match up poorly with Tennessee, Henry is tough and Tannehill doesn't make many mistakes. I do think a rematch would be a lot closer though. We have struggled vs running QBs this year as Murray and Tannehill made a lot of plays on the ground vs us... Lamar is the best running QB in the league..

Patriots rested guys week 17 numerous times, those would be the only games we would ever win vs them.. They won Superbowls. We rested week 17 vs the Jets and had a 16-0 lead before choking vs Houston last year.

It's tough to say about week 17... does seeding matter that much in a year without fans?. The second home game might be nice but if Allen or Diggs or Milano, Edmunds, White get hurt against Miami would you say that was worth it? I'd rather have everyone healthy ready to go in the playoffs than lose anyone due to injury in a somewhat meaningless week 17.. We'll see.

Agreed. That is always the question with the teams at the top right even across other sports.. Usually the best players in the sport can and will turn it on. but I guess we will see.

I hear you and everything but it's the regular season... They have already won a Superbowl and have the likely MVP and best player in the sport on their team. They have the 3 best offensive players on the field in mostly every game they play. I don't think they are worried about playing close games right now and not going all out for regular season wins..

Not even close... as good as he has been for us this year... There have been amazing WR seasons before (that Diggs will never touch) and didn't get any recognition for MVP. Megatron, Moss, Rice, Harrison... hell even Michael Thomas a year ago... was he an MVP?

Feels like a let down game for some reason... "Bad" Chargers team but if you actually look at them, they have a lot of talent and just throw games away.. Lost to a lot of good teams by 1 score.. Could easily be a .500 team. Coming off a bye I hope we aren't flat...
