I put 80-85% of the blame on Fitz, he can't get him the ball when he beats his man and is wide open. The play down the sidelines was just sad, he didn't have a defender close to him and Fitz just chucked it out of bounds.

No but they should.. the road gets much tougher now. We had a home game vs a divisional opponent, there are no secrets in that game and they got absolutely pounded for 52 points. That was a game they needed, if there was ever a time to get another W vs NE it was yesterday with their injuries. Now they go on the road to play some of the best teams in football...no hope.

How can some of you guys defending Fitz's INTs by saying "Well he has a lot of TDs too".... Turnovers kill you in this league... and Fitz is one of the worst QBs at protecting the ball. You say gunslinger, I say inaccurate and at times bone headed. Yes the Defense is terrible but this thread is about Fitz. Both are huge concerns.

Proceed to lose the next two, maybe a win vs Tenn but then probably the two worst losses in NFL history @ HOU and @ NE... I shutter at the thought of those games.

Brady opened up every drive with this same exact play and route with Welker... If I can predict the exact play they are going to run, how the hell can the professional coaches and players on the field not see it coming.. They looked unprepared and unmotivated. So frustrating to watch..

I never understood the hype for Wanntrash. He has been mediocre everywhere he has been and has a long standing history of playing a conservative base defense. Look at any good D in the NFL today, they utilize the blitz in many different ways and keep the QB guessing the whole game.. Brady looked like he was in his backyard.. NO team aside from the Giants on there best day can play the Pats rushing 4 the whole game and be successful.

He most certainly is not but there is no young QB on the roster to be the next guy so we are stuck with him for at least this year. It is too bad really, this season could be spent developing a good rookie QB.
