There is already no shot at the playoffs. They should lose out. Beating terrible teams has never given this team a sustained "culture of winning". I would have benched Fitz weeks ago for a spark. What are we really waiting for from him? There is no upside with the way things are.

Gaily and Wanntrash are JV coaches. Neither should have a job but sadly they do. Don't expect any change anytime soon. I doubt Ralph Wilson even knows there is an NFL season going on right now.

Without any possibility of a big play in the passing game, the O needs to literally be perfect to have a chance. Especially when Chan takes the RBs out of the game. Any drops/negative yardarge kill any drive since Fitz can throw past 5 yards. I will give him a pass on some of those drops, his receivers didn't give him any help at all.

He sounded like a moron otherwise. He said this is the year to take the next step before the season started.. but today said that didn't mean making the playoffs. Is the next step 7 wins and still last in the division? Also said that starting over with new coaching/schemes sets the team back for years. Jeremy white mentioned that both the Dolphins and Colts are much improved at 4-3 and under new regimes... he basically mumbled on and said well it can happen.. but usually doesn't.

What positives has there been for a Bills fan the past 13 years? He writes what he sees and what most fans feel, disappointed by this organization. I frankly like the fact that he calls the team/organization out more often than not.

Taking a QB early is about a 50% success rate. How do you improve at the position if you don't take a chance on a guy? I'm sick and tired of castoffs and retreads... it just doesn't work. Fitz has shown he is a career backup that fell into a starters role on a desperate team.. The D is bad but there are not many elite defenses anymore. I think a big factor is the poor coaching on this team. Today's game favors the offense and especially the QB position.
