  1. I dont live in Buffalo so my opinion doesnt matter; however, I do attend games every so often. Ultimately, I want whats best for the city and for the Bills. On a personal level, i wouldnt mind a new stadium like the one the vikings have now. Its technically an enclosed stadium but with huge windows so it has natural lighting and it feels open.
  2. Scale of 1-10 how awkward will it be when the Bills and New Era have promotion dinners/conferences and the Pegulas have to dine with Russ.
  3. If Miller can return to form from 2 seasons ago that would be huge for this o-line. The guy is still young. There’s still hope.
  4. Being 100% objective this year, picking the Bills to take a step back from 9-7 is a no-brainer. Give me that bet everyday.
  5. There is nothing in place that prevents a fully guaranteed contract. Problem is, as we all know, football is a sport where even the really good players (non-QB) may only be good for 3-5yrs. In a salary cap league there is simply too mucch risk to invest a lot of $ into an unknown future which can cripple your team for years. If players want more frequent fully guaranteed contracts they’re going to have to be willing to accept less money and much shorter “real” contracts of 1-2 yrs. as much as it sucks for players in the NFL compared to MLB and NBA, I think the current system keeps competition at a premium. One thing we could do to help alleviate the problem in my opinion is increase the cap substantially and increase salary minimums. There should also be something in place (maybe there already is?) where if you play in the league for a minimum number of games - let’s say 16 games, which would be a full season, you are entitled to an NFL-paid health insurance plan for the rest of your life. The pension plan the NFL has is also very weak and should be improved. I know the majority of players don’t want a health insurance plan or don’t care about pension plans - they want millions of $$$. I get that. But I would start there if I was the NFLPA bc those improvements would be more attainable than restructuring the entire current NFL salary cap system, and they would also benefit the majority of NFL players and not just the elite 5%.
  6. Ive been out of state for years now and tried radio app a while back. It was absolutely BRUTAL. Like you said, it was 15 minutes of garbage ads, followed by 2min of the show, followed by another 15min of ads (which were the exact same ones). Never again Its horrible. It’s always this way. Don’t waste your time on that garbage.
  7. I dont get the hysteria over her. I see much prettier women walking down the street in NYC on a daily basis. No exaggeration.
  8. Its sounds like every other offense we have run over the last 25yrs.
  9. That’s not really a fair take. Along those lines, whar does Orchard Park have?
  10. LERRRRROOOYYYY JEEEERNKKKKKKKKKIIIIIIIIIINNNNNSSSSS
  11. Jacksonville at least has the Atlantic Ocean right there. I hate to say it guys, but in terms of most boring NFL cities it might come down to Buffalo or Green Bay.
  12. Several of your “concerns” are blown out of the water by the very fact that the NFL keeps increasing their revenue. At what point are your concerns irrelevant? Fact: Boxing never had a cultural connection to the US. Fact: Horseracing is a fringe sport that is impossible for the masses to participate in or relate to. Fact: Baseball has had a cultural connection to this country for a century, and theres a reason why its still extremely relevant today. Some of the other conerns you express apply to ALL sports, not just football. Its expensive to attend any professional league game. The NFL still has the least amount of games of any of the big 3 sports, and its not even close. The anthem thing is nothing more than a blip on the radar; a knat on an elephants ass. And revenue numbers contradict your concern. Which sport doesnt have product concerns? Baseball is like water torture at times. The final few minutes of any basketball game take over half an hour with all the timeouts. Flopping in soccer. Etc. Technology threats? You lost me. CTE: we live in a country that is among the most violent in the planet; we romanticize war; we love MMA; we love guns; we love violence. We’ve always known (even if only anecdotally) that bashing your head for a living couldnt be good for you, yet here we still are today. On the flipside: athletes get paid well for their services and sacrifices.
  13. Even if the NFL goes 100% onto a streaming service almost everyone has a smart tv in the house today. The NFL isnt going anywhere. The NFL is the perfect league for various reasons: 1. Its in the fall/winter. TV’s highest rated shows premiere in the fall for a reason. 2. Very little, if any, competition from any other sports. 3. Fantasy football is huge. Now sports gambling is becoming legal in many states. Football is one of the best leagues to bet money in. (In my opinion) 4. Most of the games are played on a Sunday. People are usually home on Sundays, during the Fall, with nothing else to watch other than reruns of god knows what. Saying the NFL is doomed to fail is like saying england’s EPL or spain’s La Liga are doomed to fail. Its crazy talk. These leagues are part of the culture of these societies. You might as well say BBQ is doomed to fail one day too. Heck, maybe 300yrs from now, who knows...
  14. That’s cute and all, but where do they rank Tyrod?
  15. Oh no my friend, you could not be more incorrect.
  16. The 2005 draft when Aaron Rodgers was there in the 20’s and we didn’t have a pick in the 1st round bc we traded it away in 2004 for the great JP LOSMAN. ??‍♂️??‍♂️??‍♂️
  17. You are nuts. (No disrespect intended)
  18. The one thing that makes me doubt what this woman says above all else is that shes clearly a hustler. Shes been living in Shady’s mansion rent free for how long now? Has managed to play the system by saying that the eviction notice was served on her son and therefore not valid service. Shes hustling. Clearly she got beaten pretty bad; however I find it odd that this lady got the snot beat out of her on Tuesday morning and by Tuesday afternoom shes posting stuff on social media? Are you kidding me? How can you even see? That entire diatribe seemed pretty well thought out for someone who should be sleeping for a week straight. Who does she hang out with? Did a family member set HER up so shed get a payday from McCoy and the entire family benefits at her expense? Or was she possibly in on this? Did she have guys over who knew what expensive jewlery she had? Did she brag to friends about her jewlery? Then you have the scenario where she and all her associates are 100% innocent and this is Shady attacking her by proxy. Possible, certainly. But probable? I personally dont think so. Shady is worth tens of millions. Hes going to risk his career to attack her over a few thousand dollars of jewlery? We’ve all seen people do crazy things but those crazy things usually happen in the heat of the moment. People lose their cool and violence ensues as tempers boil over quickly. But something like this would be 100% premeditated and thought out. I cant see Shady being THAT crazy to plot such a premeditated attack over jewelry and a house, which by the way sooner or later he legally would be able to wait her out and evict her legally. He owns many houses. Just my 2 cents. Sorry for ramble.
  19. No player that played primarily in an all-white league should ever be placed in a top anything list. The competition today is light years ahead of what it was 50-60yrs ago. Only the best of the best get to play today whereas back then certain groups of people simply werent even allowed to play. Any player that excels in the modern era is worlds better than a player from 60yrs ago; or even 30-40 years ago. Theyre faster, stronger and more specialized today. Not even going to address the Aaron Rodgers omission. A QB like Russel Wilson is 10x the player than Otto Graham ever was. Otto Graham would never even make an NFL roster today much less be among the best QB’s in the league; it’s not even debatable. The Otto Graham era of the NFL is akin to a bunch of your buddies getting wasted on thanksgiving and playing football in the backyard today. The level of specialization and competition in today’s NFL is unlike anything from decades ago. History is awesome and everything has its place in history, but lets not delude ourselves into thinking Otto can sniff the jock strap of even the worst QB’s in the league today.
  20. Im a big fan of the old school Bucs jersey/helmet/color combo
  21. Russia just showed the world how anti-football is played. 11 players in front of goal for 120minutes. Playing bunker ball as if they were a High School team playing Spain. Embarrassing display. Yeh, Spain didn’t play well (hard to do when there are 20 players in a 20yd space on the field) but at least they were trying. Russia’s game was simply to do everything except play football. And they got rewarded for it.
  22. As a little kid, I initially started rooting for the Giants in that Super Bowl. I started rooting for the Bills as the game went on. Im the reason for wide right; Im the reason for everything. Forgive me.
  23. The fact that you went through this process in your mind is concerning.
  24. PFF ranked Tyrod Taylor as the #12 Best Starting QB in the NFL in 2017. Im among the biggest TT fans but we all know he wasnt #12 in the NFL. We all watch Bills games. We all know what Hughes does and doesnt do; unfortunately its more of the latter and not the former the last few years.
  25. Yes it’s not all about the sacks; however, it’s a lengthy trend. Hughes had 4 sacks last season, 6 the season prior, and 5 the season before. If he’s not stout vs the run (which he’s not) and isn’t getting sacks, what’s he doing? Ah yes, creating “pressure” (except that’s not really happening either). He’s certainly not racking up tackle totals either. He must be a unicorn: he’s awesome, but doesn’t get sacks, and doesn’t get tackles. He’s had a whopping 2 forced fumbles and zero fumble recoveries over the last 31 games started. 5 sacks/season over the last 3 seasons is Chris Kelsay territory.
