Josh Gordon to be released-now traded to PATS
bobobonators replied to Kirby Jackson's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
We should totally trade with the Browns again to get anotherof their useless WR. Then we should cut Gordon after 1 week. Gordon is trash. -
Agreed. I guess it all depends on what's available and when. Signing an edge rusher in FA will be tough, you almost have to draft one. Hopefully we can sign a really good O-lineman in FA, draft another starting Olineman in first or second round and target an edge rusher in either first or second round. Try and bring in a legit WR via FA. I dunno, it's way too early now to even think of potential targets.

I agree about fixing the offense. It HAS to start at the Oline though. We need elite talent at the Oline - it will make Allen's evolution and progression as a QB so much easier. An average RB can get yards behind a solid Oline, too. Almost all of our resources next season (first 3 picks and majority of FA money) needs to be dedicated to the offense - mainly, the OLine and WR. I think everyone is in agreement about that.

1. Brady 2. A. Rodgers 3. Manning 4. Montana 5. Brees

At this point you start Allen all season. Theres no point in dragging this out. We need to see what we have. Hes gonna have clunkers and some bad games but within those bad games we’ll still get an idea of what he can do. Peterman is a complete waste of a roster spot and shouldnt play another game unless its due to injury. I would be open to trading anyone on this team 30 and over, starting with Shady.

McBeane gave Peterman his shot....

No slack needs to be given. Hes been the worst QB Ive seen on the Bills in over 35yrs. -

every game is its own universe; it's hard to draw comparisons between teams as a result of games from week to week in the NFL - especially when it's a divisional game. That being said, yes, our O-line is an unmitigated disaster. And yes, Peterman BLOWS. -

I agree. Id trade him too and Ive liked what Murphy has to offer. Shady isnt the future here but he can still help a team win now. -

I dont disagree. It would be a long shot. But a contending team could with deep playoff aspirations and a need at RB might bite. -

Honestly I love shady. But id trade him now to Pitt? Or Oakland or the Redskins or heck, back to the Eagles. Maybe we can get as high as a 3rd rd pick for him depending on the contender. A team like Pitt or Philly with super bowl aspirations may be willing to part with a 3rd pick for a player like Shady. Frees up even more salary cap space. With all the free money i would go absolutely ape poop in the off season revamping the Oline and Dlines with high-end FA and draft picks. -

Lets be real, what is there to not laugh about? Laugh to avoid crying. -
Bills will have a top 5 pick. The Crab Leg era is over in Tampa. Aaron Rodgers is the greatest QB ever.

The most ridiculous take on here has been your love affair with Jerry Sullivan. -
No its not. Its time for Allen.

Taking a look at Brandon Beane's acquisitions.

Ah yes, the “Tyrod holding everyone else back” argument. Week 1: Landry 106yds receiving. Its such a shame that the Bills had a 13-3 roster but only managed to go 9-7 last yr bc Tyrod held the offense back. This year we’ll show them... -
That was one of the most entertaining games ive watched in a while. So few penalties. A perfect game to watch.
