  1. Visually: Oliver looks short and plump; myles looks long and lean. Im sure Myles arms are probably half a foot longer, which comes in useful against tackles.
  2. I could see a team like the Colts trading for Carr. The Colts, as a team, are pretty solid across the board. Is Carr a downgrade from Rivers last year? I dont think so. If anything, Carr is capable of putting up huge numbers any given week - we’ve all seen it - and can be viewed as an upgrade. If im a Colts fan and I look at how good my team roster is, Id gladly trade 2 first round picks to guarantee 10-13 win seasons for the next 3-5 years in that division. The colts should not draft a QB and let him develop while the window for the talent they currently have closes.
  3. Theres a lot that has been said here about his age, his instincts, scheme usage etc. I feel hes not yet an impact player. He misses too many plays - he either hits the wrong hole or when he gets it right he misses a tackle too frequently. I want Edmunds to be as great as he’s sometimes portrayed - its not common to say this of Bills players in the media, but Edmunds tends to be overrated by announcers. Hes been good but not great (so far) in my opinion.
  4. The funny thing is the last two seasons Carr has put up better numbers than Stafford. And Carr is younger. Is it really that crazy at this point?
  5. What is Stafford’s ceiling and floor. Realistic ceiling: 4800yds, 30td, 10int Realistic floor: 4000yds, 24td, 13int What about Goff: Ceiling: 4600yds, 30td, 13int floor: 3900yds, 21td, 15int Maybe Stafford will come in and throw for 5000+ yds, 40tds, 10int. It could happen I dont think thats a realistic expectation. Hes done that once his entire career.
  6. It has been reported that other teams made significant offers for Goff. No other team was able to provide a Stafford-type QB however.
  7. Goff is 26yrs old. Has been to a SB. Probably wouldve won a SB if it was any other opponent besides TB and BB. Just two years ago he was in the MVP discussion at 24yrs old. The Rams were very rational. Goff is being talked about here like he is Mark Sanchez and Stafford like he just won the SB or MVP.
  8. I get that argument however Stafford has had (almost always) pretty decent WR, to include one of the greatest ever in Calvin Johnson. Looking at the numbers for Stafford hes thrown for 30 or more TD just two times in his career and hasnt done so since 2015. And Detroit passes a lot. Stafford better go to the Super Bowl..
  9. Agreed. Stafford had one truly great season, almost 10yrs ago now.
  10. What is the love affair with Stafford. Goff last season had a typical Stafford-like season statistically. Their career TD%, and INT% is almost identical. One of these two has actually won playoff games. Stafford is not much of an improvement over Goff.
  11. I think the roster has very few real needs and in some spots is pretty deep. If the right player - impact TE, DL or WR drops into the teens i could see us trading up to get him. Why wouldnt we?
  12. He is coming off such a cheap contract bc he had major issues in Philly, to include underperforming and an alleged sexual assault
  13. We do have a complete roster so it would make more sense to trade up (not down) to get a difference maker type player. Someone like DT Barmore from Alabama or WR Toney from Florida. Those are two difference makers that can really help and could probably be had in the late teens or early 20s Just my worthless 2 cents.
  14. Kadarius Toney - WR Florida He can be used in multiple ways. I would trade up into the 20s to get him. Diggs, Beasley, Davis, Toney. Oh my.
  15. Hot take here: Can we start discussing Rodgers as being slightly overrated? Ill have to look it up again, but the last 4 NFC championships he has gone to theyve lost and only scored 20ish points. Hes a HOF for sure but the media tends to talk about this guy like hes right there with Brady as the greatest of all time. Id take P. Manning over Rodgers.
  16. Kadarius Toney - WR Florida The end.
  17. I feel thats pretty accurate. The storyline today was simple for me: 1. we failed to score TD’s in the red zone. 2. we failed to keep some of KC’s red zone drives to FG’s. If we score TD’s on two of those red zone drives and simply stop one of KC‘s drives by holding them to a FG well thats the game right there. Well said.
  18. Chiefs’ offense is simply on their own tier. Has there ever been a more explosive offense in the NFL? They can attack you in any way they want. Andy Reid is easy to root for. Chiefs 33 - TB 20
  19. I 100% agree. That was my single biggest issue all game. I love how we came out in our first drive and went for it on 4th down. I though alright the coaches realize we are going to have to score a lot to win this game. then we went into a shell. Sure, if you go for it on 4th down and miss it sucks and its deflating. But the Chiefs are unlike any other team in the NFL. Theyre going to score a lot. field goals are just not going to cut it and before you know it youre playing catch up and its simply too late.
  20. 1. Not scoring TD’s in the red zone and settling for FG’s. 2. They were perfect in the red zone. Those were the MAIN differences in my opinion
  21. Great season. I look forward to this rivalry in the future.
  22. I could be wrong. But i think Josh was pissed bc the whistle was clearly blowing and the other dude came in and tackled him unnecessarily. Okafor
  23. I have nothing against any individual player this game. But i do have something against not going for TD’s in the red zone on 4th down. You are playing the Chiefs. The best offense in football. And we are settling for FG’s. Its unacceptable.
  24. I live in KC. The weather is currently overcast. Zero wind. Not super cold. It rained a little this morning so the ground is a little wet. Overall right now its fine weather for football. Just FYI
