hey look at this, another "our team is great, but our QB sucks" thread...only the 10th on the first page.

why must every single post contain a "fitz sucks" point? What did Chandler ever do before coming to Buffalo? Nothing. Everything Stevie has done has been with Fitz..what did he do before Fitz? Nothing. the loss of Nelson was huge b/c him and Fitz have good chemistry and Nelson has superb hands...I like what i've seen from Graham so far and he may turn into a good player...Chandler has been our best receiver so far and Stevie has been solid but him and Fitz don't seem to be on the same page this season at times. Yes, Fitz has not been very accurate this season (even for him), but there have also been several plays where the WR's either don't go up and fight for the ball (stevie 3rd INT vs. pats) or drop very catchable balls as well (Smith on 3rd down in goal line vs. 49ers/Graham yesterday against cards). in terms of "pure" talent, our WR corps needs an upgrade...Brad Smith and Jones are pretty bad WR's.

The defense needs to continue to improve, we need to give Freddy and CJ more touches (40-50 combined total) and limit Fitz to less than 30 attempts. Yesterday, cj and freddy had a combined 37 touches, but Fitz had 32 pass attempts - still too many. if we can do those three things effectively, there is no reason this team can't finish 9-7 this season.

An INT does not cancel out a TD. A TD is an automatic 6 points whereas an INT is an automatic 0 points. That's what the defense is paid millions and millions of dollars to do: stop the opponent. The offense is paid to score...it's really that simple. Exactly. 3-3 and tied for 1st in the division and people want the 3rd string QB to become starter. How about we work on Jackson making it to second string on the depth chart first?

instead of making excuses for other players, why not rally behind a player and a team that is 3-3 and tied for 1st? the grass is eternally greener..

lmao. i hear ya man. it was a good road win. first time this year our defense stepped up all game; we were able to run the ball effectively against a good defense; fitz didn't turn the ball over at all...great win considering that arizona had won 7 in a row at home?

yesterday Fitz didn't do much at all, but he also didn't cost us the game..in other words, he wasn't a liability yesterday. yesterday was the perfect example of how this team can win more often than not: 1. Run the ball; 2. Play great defense. Don't ask Fitz to carry us, just ask him to make the occasional play, and above all, don't turn the ball over (which he didn't do yesterday).

Man it never ends. Some words of advice: you want to keep your sanity all year? stop thinking that their is going to be a QB switch DURING the season, b/c IT'S NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. Accept that fact, and move on. Please, for your own sanity.

i liked the call to not go for it. he misses that FG (which i believe was 53 or 54yds, not 51) and the cardinals are almost in FG range already. let the cardinals drive the entire field with their backup QB in the game was the right move.

chan, this should be your gameplan from here on out: run the ball a total of 40-50 times between CJ and Freddy; pass about 20times. it's really that simple. chan is chan's worst enemy.

are you completely insane? That was by FAR the worst play call of the season (considering the circumstances). We're lucky to have squeaked this one out. Chan continues to make some questionable calls in critical times...

for sure. i don't know. there are so many unknowns that can possibly go into this stat....lets also not forget about the sorry bunch of WR's we have who may never get open half the time either.

Rams have a pretty good defense though..forget exactly where they're ranked, but they're young and looking pretty damn good..more than i can say for our underachievers.
