  1. i only see Gailey getting fired after the season is over. quite frankly we need to clean house: Gailey, Wanny, Nix all need to go. They've had ample time to at least START turning things around. We're regressing and getting embarrassed.
  2. To drafting either Geno, Barkley, or Te'o and Chan getting fired.
  3. pretty much agree w/everything you just said. i've stated multiple times that our WR's are average at best. Stevie is solid, but he's supposed to be our #1..he's a low-end #1...then after that we have a bunch of practice squad players pretty much. Graham has been the highest drafted WR we've gotten in a long time and he was what, 3rd round? We need more explosiveness out of the WR position for sure.
  4. exactly..and from the look of it, he may not returning kicks in the next 1-2 yrs if the NFL continues its BS safety strategy.
  5. oh he'll go to the pros, but prob won't be higher than 4th round.
  6. you annoy the hell out of me with your constant Fitz bashing, but that post is great.
  7. a couple of weeks ago against Indy when he connected w/SJ..unfortunately SJ does not have the speed to outrun a corner when he has a 3yd jump on him.
  8. exactly. now that the season is over, we'll make sure Spiller is a big part of the offense. unreal. Look at the Vikings with AP...guy comes off of major knee surgery and their running him into the ground and he's carrying the Vikings on his back. We drafted CJ 9th overall to get 7 touches in a game. god the more i think about it the more pissed off i get.
  9. Maybe it was Chan's indirect way of saying, "Yeah CJ leads the league in yards per carry, but the reason I gave him less than 10 touches is b/c we have two great backs". According to chan though, that won't be a problem anymore going forward.
  10. There's this expression called, "less is more". I did read his actual statement, and quite frankly it's a long - winded way of saying not much at all. The entire statement has a negative tone to it though. "Tashard will be stepping in for Fred this week and giving CJ a breather every once in a while." See how easy that is? Is a qualitative analysis of Tashard's ability really necessary? I don't think so..but oh well.
  11. i don't know what to think of the remark...to me it was just unnecessary. there's no need to outwardly state that Choice isn't as good..it's obvious. i don't think it's a big deal at all..just a weird, random comment by chan.
  12. Lmao...while I don't disagree, i just find it kinda weird that Gailey expressed that in such a way. http://www.rotoworld.com/headlines/nfl/250952/gailey-choice-is-not-a-great-running-back
  13. I don't remember what threads I said it in about 3 weeks ago, but i don't remember the last BIG play George Wilson made. We need to upgrade at S in the offseason. The first dropped INT opportunity vs. the Rams would've been a pick 6 to end the game.
  14. can other players step up to the plate around Fitz as well? No. The rams did for Bradford yesterday with several circus catches in the final drive. Could SJ step up a few years ago when Fitz bombed it against Pitt and SJ dropped it in the end zone for the win? Could SJ step up vs. the Jets a few years ago when he dropped it multiple times to blow the game in the end? Could Nelson step up when he was stripped a couple of years ago vs. Baltimore in the final drive? Could SJ step up yesterday to catch a 3rd down conversion that hit him in the hands and would've kept the drive going and easily killed an extra 2 minutes? Could Freddy not have ANOTHER critical fumble? Could George Wilson actually catch an INT? Could the defense actually prevent Bradford from driving 80+ yards to give up the lead, AT HOME? This team finds ways to lose. Yes Fitz blows it sometimes, but the players around him blow it just as frequently, if not more. It's a team full of bumbling idiots, led by Chan.
  15. we don't even have to look at another game, look at Bradford's numbers from yesterday: worse than Fitz but somehow they get the win. Why? 1. Coaching; 2. WR making CIRCUS catches on the last drive; 3. Wilson dropping two INT's on the last drive. He gets the win though. He didn't make it happen, his WR's made it happen. He had at least 2 piss-poor throws that drive that his WR's pulled out of their ass. SJ drops a ball right at his hands.
  16. Horrible drives for sure. But lets also not forget that in one of those drives Fitz threw a perfect strike to SJ right in his hands that SJ, our #1 WR, failed to grab. That would've been a key 3rd down conversion. Would we have scored? Who knows, but at the very least we would've killed another 2 minutes or so of time probably. There's plenty of blame to go around guys.
  17. somehow he'll still manage to get more touches than CJ in last 3 games.
  18. the fact that gailey made him throw 32 times in a close, low-scoring game in rainy/snowy weather is inexcusable. it's actually a !@#$ing joke. spiller and freddy should've carried the team yesterday - it was a perfect day for it.
  19. i'm not. i actually still had some hope we could run the table and finish 9-7...next best thing for me right now is to hope that Jets have a playoff chance last week of season and we DESTROY them 53-3..that game will be my playoffs and super bowl all in one.
  20. 8-8 will at least be an improvement from last season.
  21. i agree with other posters on here..the lynch trade was simply b/c of the issues he had and how it didn't seem he wanted to be in buffalo. he'll probably run for 120yds vs us this weekend. gotta agree with this. the first sin was drafting a RB so high when we had so many other needs. the second sin is not even freaking USING him when he's proven to be the most explosive offensive player we have. what a joke.
