  1. Allen had plenty of time in the pocket and we were moving the ball easily on them. The Bengals got the ball first. Our defense most always struggles off the bat and settles in. Cook was gaining CHUNKS on the ground. You have no idea how this game would’ve ended. Could’ve easily been 38-35 anyone.
  2. Again just playing devil‘S advocate here but why should the Bills forfeit the game or take the loss? Both teams decided to go to the locker room. Has anyone asked the Bengals if they want to play on Wed, risk losing, and then play the Ravens 4 days later with the division on the line? What if both teams mutually decide we aren’t playing this game this week. Period.
  3. Everyone keeps assuming the bills have to forfeit the game. From what I’m aware - both teams decided to go to the locker room. The Bengals are impacted by this (logistically) as badly as the Bills are. The Bengals have a game at home vs the Ravens on Sunday. Does anyone here think they want to play this game on Wed, possibly lose, and then have to play the Ravens five days later with the division on the line?
  4. I was saying if we beat the Pats and Raiders beat the Chiefs after Week 18.
  5. We would have the same amount of wins and one less loss if the Bengals/Bills game is not played and we win next week + Chiefs loss.
  6. Even if our game is never replayed and we beat the Pats?
  7. The Chiefs have their own issues to worry about - mainly that they’ve played horribly the last few weeks and aren’t a lock to win @the Raiders who looked pretty damn good without Carr.
  8. Thank you for this. Advocating to cancel the season is absolutely bonkers. Its a game to us - its a career/life to them.
  9. Dude our offense moved the ball quite easily on the Bengals. For you to imply that halfway through the 1st quarter we were going to lose is kinda ridiculous. Bengals got the ball first too.
  10. Unfortunately some people take a serious moment like this and go full-drama mode. Id bet most of us have experienced death/traumatic events in the workplace, some of us surely more than others. The businesses, agencies and departments dont just close up shop after horrific events. We remember, we honor, and we move forward. Anyone who suggests the Bills wont play again this year is out of touch with reality, at best.
  11. The Bills will handle it as they see fit as a team. Not everyone is going to stay back I’m sure.
  12. Dude you cant even finish your thought. Stay in a hotel and then what exactly? Hamlin has his family. What are nearly 100 players and personnel going to do for Hamlin in a hotel in Cincy. Think like an adult and not a reactionary child.
  13. Okay continue your thought here..follow it through. Stay in a hotel in Cincy and then what? For how long?
  14. Well they can’t stay with him in the hospital. I dont think hospitals allow 50+ people in a room.
  15. Should Elam be matched up against Chase? Or we going with White?
  16. With even just an Avg QB under center the Donkeys likely sweep the chiefs this season. That division is a joke.
  17. I must say your posts crack me up pretty often. That was great.
  18. Anyone think Sean Payton would want this job? Or is Sean waiting for Arizona/Chargers? Twinsies.
  19. As is the case in the NFL - he’ll resurface as an assistant coach somewhere.
  20. No thanks. Whoever signs that dude to big $$$ is going to seriously regret it.
  21. It’s the same thing here every week - we make mistakes while other “great” teams don’t. I had the Chiefs game on at the same time as the Bills and the Chiefs went quarters without doing anything on offense. At one point I think they had 3 three and outs. And the Bengals almost blew a lead vs the crappy Pats.
  22. Easy. It’ll be Lions/Packers. Good markets + one of those teams will have a win and in result. Possibly both might have a chance at the final wild card
  23. I dont agree with drafting the next LT. We are in win-now mode and need to hit on as many picks as possible while the starters we do have are still producing. I may be wrong, and this may be purely anecdotal, but I feel interior linemen selected in the first round have fairly solid success. I feel tackles tend to be a bigger bust. Im 100% okay drafting a top Center in the first round. Or even a stud Guard. I agree with you we have to invest in the line. Id be perfectly content if 2 of our first 3 picks were o-line. Something like OL/WR/OL or WR/OL/OL. Whatever the best player available is. Bringing in FA interior linemen may be an option as well but it depends on our cap situation and if we want to prioritize resigning players like Edmunds and/or Oliver. If so, we’ll have to rely on rookies starting at other positions.
  24. People on here were already proclaiming otherwise.
