I dont disagree with you completely. But lets also be 100% fair in that image you mention. If we want to talk about progression of a game. The Bills strike for a bomb and go up with momentum and hopefully begin to set the wheels in motion for a win. What happened to that momentum the very next possession? The Dolphins drove it down and answered with their own TD. All momentum gone. We even had someone post on this very board saying that the score to Goodwin was too fast. We have to apologize for scoring too fast as well? And why has this entire thread swung back to TT. The thread was about the OFFENSE. A lot of things went wrong with the offense vs Miami besides TT.

Wow what a blast from the past. Its amazing how much better looking our current unis are. Blue jersey with white helmet and blue charging buffalo. Top 3-5 unis in nfl in my opinion.

Why aren't the Bills being more aggressive during the trade?

NFL.com: Gregg Rosenthal's 2016 QB Index

Nonsense. Hes the worst QB in the nfl -
So duking it out with Brady and throwing for 400yds and going toe to toe with Brady is what we need for a QB? Brady is the standard we use to determine whats good enough to win and the only standard? How many yards passing did the Broncos have last yr when they beat Brady in the playoffs? How many QB's can go toe to tow with Brady and their passing game? 1 maybe 2? If thats how you want to formulate your offense and team then we'll be waiting another 100yrs to find our QB

I agree with the cute aspect vs the fins. I feel the coaching staff's mentality was oh we'll put shady back there as a decoy and never really use him. We gave Shady a handful of carries and he was completely ineffective. The playcalling didnt seem as crisp and smooth as it normally does and there was little flow. It was just odd. I feel the offense wouldve been more in rhythm had Mike G just been the starter. When did Mike get his first carry in the 2nd quarter??

To say it is a big play or famine is not accurate. Do we have a lot of 3 and outs? Yes. But do we also rank at the top of the NFL in sustained drives? Yes. To sit here and qualify exactly how we sustain those long drives is nonsensical. Would we be better off if we had more drives with 2 first downs or 3 first downs but then we have to punt without points? That doesnt make sense at all bc no, we wouldnt be better off. Bc there are a buuunch of teams like that. But hey, we wouldnt be at the bottom in 3 and outs anymore.

If we rank #8 in the NFL at drives of 10 plays or more then that means we are routinely doing it more often than the majority of the league. I agree we have to reduce 3 and outs. Sometimes it seems as if some drives have absolutley zero flow. I think its a combination of poor play calling and poor execution. Some drives it seems like the offense hasnt practiced in weeks. Other drives the offense looks pretty impressive.

I don't even know what we're discussing anymore, b/c the circular arguments vs. TT are dizzying: 1. I don't like TT, we can't win with him. TT has a winning record. 2. I don't like TT, too many 3 and outs. Offense is #8 in the NFL in drives of 10 plays or more. 3. I don't like TT, we need to outscore teams to win in the NFL. Bills rank #6 in the NFL in scoring. 4. I don't like TT, he doesn't throw for enough yards/game (ignoring the complete fact that we rank dead last in ATTEMPTS per game). People might as well complain that we can actually run the ball at an elite level, and they don't like Rex or Lynn as well then, b/c it's all by design. 5. I hated Fitz, yeh he threwfor 300yds and 3TD's but he also has 3INT's per game. You can't turn the ball over in the NFL and win consistently. TT doesn't turn the ball over.

And when woods drops a ball right on his hands with no defender around him? Or goodwin is wide open and catches the ball with one foot out of bounds bc he has zero field awareness? And when Clay is unable to run over a DB to get a 1st down? Yes TT needs to improve much the same way his WR/TE need to improve.

If I judge TT by stats im told that stats are garbage time. If i judge TT by w/l im told that they dont matter. Gotcha.
