Their arrow is really pointing up but man having 6 games within that crap division helps those numbers. Most importantly Mariota appears to have turned a corner. -
CBS: Rex could be fired, TT benched Monday with loss
bobobonators replied to NoSaint's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I like Rex. I dont want him fired. But to say they gave him a substandard QB is not fair. TT is starting because of Rex. He brought TT on himself. And as for substandard play, yes TT has been worse this season than last, but his numbers last season were equivalent to RG3's when RG3 won rookie of the year. If Rex is to remain here he needs to let Whaley hire his own Dcoordinator. If not, Rex needs to go. I dont want him to go. But he would have to go if hes unwilling to objectively look at himself in the mirror and admit HIS defense isnt shaking $h*t. -

Coughlin had a single winning season (9-7) in his last 4yrs in NY and his last two years he went 6-10. With a borderline HOF QB on the team The game passes everyone by. Even coaches. Me addressing his age is not a subjective criticism, its reality. Coughlin wouldve been the move to make a decade ago. Not now. -

Why would anyone want Coughlin at this point. He's 70 years old. -

Haha. I have no problem paying football players. Bryce Harper thinking hes worth 400million is another story. -
Hughes benched for spat with Rob Ryan?

TC: I like Rex and Rob and would love the Bills to win with them. But i agree something definitely has to give with this defense -
Be honest...who wants to lose to the Browns?
bobobonators replied to Dragonborn10's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I want us to destroy the browns 100-0. 6td by TT while throwing for under 300yds and 300yds rushing and 4td by shady. The rest of the scoring comes via safeties as we snap RG3's legs in half. -
Hughes benched for spat with Rob Ryan?
bobobonators replied to bobobonators's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
How good are they really? Hughes last year had 5 sacks. This year he has 5 sacks. Dareus has almost twice as many missed games as he does sacks over 2 years largely b/c he's a retard. KW is the only one of those 4 that is worth his paycheck and unfortunately for us, eventually his performance is going to drop off. Either Rex gives up his defensive scheme and remains on the team as the figurehead HC, or he's gone. Our defensive players are carrying the bag full of $$$ on this team, meanwhile the same defense (for the most part) is an abomination. -
1. Who are the "two of your four" DL that have been out/washed up? 2. Why are you here Geno?

bobobonators replied to bobobonators's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Its just insane to think 25% of our team's salary is tied up with 4 players: Hughes, Dareus, Gilmore, and KW. 2/4 of those players are grossly overpaid. -

CBS: Rex could be fired, TT benched Monday with loss
bobobonators replied to NoSaint's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
You may be right. Id say that if ownership hasnt figured out what they want to do with the HC/QB by week 15 of year 2, then thats a mistake. Or maybe they have and we're seeing their decision now. I guess we'll see soon enough. At a very minimum these reports from the media are highly inaccurate. -

bobobonators replied to NoSaint's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Im sorry man im not making myself clear. Its my fault. It comes down to the following simplest terms for me: Being aware of the injury clause in TT's contract, why would anyone in the Bills org (specifically Pegula) allow TT to start unless the plan is in fact to keep TT and to keep Rex. If youre an owner, why would you potentially severely hamstring your franchise/GM next yr if TT gets injured if the plan is to fire Rex anyway and/or not retain TT? It's week 15. The owner's/mgmt's eyes have to start looking beyond this season now. Its no longer meddling in gameday decisions, it goes beyond that. Thats what doesnt make sense to me at all, UNLESS the actual decision to keep TT has already been made as well as the decision to keep Rex. Which would then make one wonder where the heck all these stories are coming from. -
CBS: Rex could be fired, TT benched Monday with loss
bobobonators replied to NoSaint's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Well that argument is ridiculous. (Just my opinion) At that point ownership needs to intervene. Ownership at a minimum should know by now if theyre keeping Whaley. If the Pegulas know theyre keeping Whaley, Whaley should know if hes keeping Rex and what hes going to do with TT. From there, the appropriate moves should be made. Or not made. Thats the thing. Maybe the fact that NOTHING has changed is telling in that more than likely nothing will change. Regardless of anyone's position on TT, the fact that hes still starting right now with that injury clause is most telling of all. Either that or this is a ridiculously stupid gamble by the Bills franchise from Pegula to Whaley. -

Then fire Rex Ryan right now, and bench TT. If the argument is that the Bills don't intend on resigning Rex, why let him dictate who's going to start? Especially if starting TT now and him getting injured can severely hamstring the Bills financially next season, when Rex isn't even here. If the argument is that the Bills may keep Rex but not TT, then again, why start TT? Tell Rex, listen you're staying, but we aren't picking up the option on TT next year anyway, so lets avoid injury going forward. The game day intervention argument went out the window when we have a decision to make on TT and we're 6-7 and basically out of the playoffs. It's either full steam ahead with what we have (coach and QB for next season), or we make changes now.
