  1. Except Jones got 2 full hands on the ball and Brady's receiver could barely touch it with his finger? Sure, exactly the same.
  2. He came on this board last season and literally 6,800 posts have been about how bad Tyrod sucks. It's an obsession. That being said, he Bobby does have good insight at times. But the obsession is ridiculous nonetheless.
  3. What do we expect to see from an All-22 on a game where the offense, as a whole, was horrible. What do I see? 1. I see a QB that missed some plays. 2. I see an OL that got completely destroyed. 3. I see a RB that had very few running lanes. How much break down needs to be done here? Overall, from the OC, to the players on the field, I see a steaming pile of poop on every single level, across the board. People are going to break down arguably one of Tyrod's and the offenses worst games in 2 seasons and say "ha, this is why he shouldn't be starting." Tyrod needs to improve for sure. Who wouldn't after such a bad overall game? Tyrod has no chemistry with his new WR. He has a new OC. And he barely played in the preseason. He had 1 game started under this new offense, with new WR's. It's not even an excuse, it's simply reality. Stating the fact that there are more car accidents on rainy days isn't an excuse to have a car accident, but it's a simple reality of life nonetheless. But yes, Tyrod had a bad game.
  4. haha. dude you're messing with me right? it's a 1.5 second play. Go frame by frame and pause it exactly at the one second mark. At exactly 1 second, the ball hasn't been snapped yet. Go frame by frame and the ball is snapped somewhere between 1 second and the 2 second mark. That's when the ball is snapped. Tyrod gets the ball in his hands and his first step back with his right foot is exactly at the 2 second mark. Keep going forward a whopping 1.5 seconds, to some time before the 4 second mark and we see Tyrod already getting hit by the Carolina defender (Tyrod is hit by the defender before the 4 second mark). If I could attach screen shots I would. The clock is still at 3 and Tyrod got hit. Just do it frame by frame. 1.5 seconds from the time he plants his right leg until he's hit by the Carolina defender. We're really going to complain about that? That's ridiculous man. I know this seems like an eternity going frame by frame in instant replay slow motion, but 1.5 seconds is absurd man. There are plays that Tyrod didn't pull the trigger, but this one specifically is hard to fault.
  5. Pause it at the 1 second mark, and the ball hasn't been snapped yet. Tyrod gets the ball and as soon as he takes his first step back with his right foot that happens at the 2 second mark. Unless you expect Tyrod to throw the ball before he even has the ability to step back. By 3.5 seconds he's sacked. Go frame by frame. So he takes his first step back at 2, and he's sacked by around 3.5. Facts.
  6. elijah almost died on that play.
  7. I mean he performed when it mattered most, not sure you can say luckiest ever. Looking at his career he had some really good seasons, but it's clear that since 2009, his numbers have been down.
  8. hahah.. Elijah just had that real special look on TV. Classic.
  9. He had less than 2 seconds on that play you loved so much. He gets the ball at the 2 second mark. At the 3 second mark there is pressure on two sides; and by second 4 he's already sacked. 1.5 seconds. Come on man.
  10. He gets the ball at the 2 second mark. Pause it at the 3 second mark and he has a player right in his face. Pause it again and still at the 3 second mark, and a player is on his Right and in his face. Pause it at the 4 second mark and he's sacked. You guys are freaking ridiculous. Not even 2 seconds. He had 1.5 seconds to throw and you want progression??? Stop the nonsense.
  11. I must have missed that. What happened?
  12. That's fair. However like I said above, the defender clearly beats the block right behind him and he probably sensed that. Hard to see from that height just how close the defender was to him..but yes, he could have stepped up possibly
  13. Fair. However, there is a defender literally behind him who had beaten the RT(?); a simple step up may have not been good enough. But yes, a pure pocket passer like Eli may have stepped up there.
  14. Good videos by the way..I should start following this guy.
  15. What I see there is a pocket completely collapsing around him in literally 2 seconds. Tyrod got the ball at the 8 second mark, and the pocket was collapsing at the 10 second mark. 2 seconds.
  16. It would've been epic watching him play next to Kyle and destroy Brady
  17. I watched a little of his first game with the Titans (i think it was) and he was pretty good. Had good insight. Hope he has a good career.
  18. I agree. I prefer MNF than SNF just b/c of him. He pumps me up.
  19. He was that good. As a DT to get 7.5 sacks and then 10 sacks, you just don't stumble into that. But now, he's not even half the player that he was. He got paid. He got soft. He got lazy. It just kills me though, that in one of the best drafts of all time, we had the #3 pick. Set up to get a HOF type player. Almost every player drafted around him is probably Canton bound, and we ended up with the steaming pile of poop.
  20. come on man, he had 3 TD's in one game on runs of 5 yards or less basically. Great for him, but Tolbert could've done that as well.
  21. Kyle Williams is probably embarrassed to line up next to that pork chop every game.
  22. hahaha..i actually like Gruden....I welcome his energy. He genuinely seems to love doing this.
  23. explains the drought.
  24. You're really something special. You forgot to mention that he also has more TD's than: 49ers Giants Bengals Seahawks Dolphins Colts Texans Panthers Buccaneers Jets Saints Cowboys Browns Bears Keep it up.
  25. this is quickly turning into a good game. BAHAHAH. ELIJAH!
