Ok Bills fans, sorry for posting this rumor, but Its a trade that you will want to hear about. Its a 3 team trade involving DENVER, CLEVELAND, AND WASHINGTON!!! AND THE RUMOR IS IT WILL BE ANNONUCED BY 5 PM-but that is the rumor!! WASHINGTON TRADES-TE CHRIS COOLEY, QB JASON CAMPBELL TO BROWNS AND S-L.LANDRY TO DENVER WASHINGTON GETS-QB JAY CUTLER AND TE TONY SCHEFFLER FROM DENVER DENVER TRADES-QB JAY CUTLER AND TE TONY SCHEFFLER TO WASHINGTON DENVER GETS-S-LANDRY FROM WASHINGTON AND QB-BRADY QUINN FROM CLEVELAND CLEVELAND TRADES-QB-BRADY QUINN TO DENVER CLEVELAND GET-TE CHRIS COOLEY AND QB-JASON CAMPBELL FROM WASHINGTON -there are also draft picks involved, because as you see, cleveland only gives up brady quinn and get campbell, cooleyand the skins trade 3 good players. So again, there would be draft picks involved, but these would be the players getting traded. -this is what i heard, take it as you like. but it is 1 hell of a story for the writer to have made up!!!

I mean who cares if he missed 3 games last season. The BOTTOM LINE is that SChefflar would be a HUGE upgrade at the Tight End position! And thats what we need for Trent, a security blanket that he can check down to and look over the middle at!! Scheffler would be a big upgrade over Royal,gaines,everette or any other TE we have tried in the LAST 5 SEASONS!!! Lets get him and hope just like any other bILLS player-THAT HE STAYS HEALTHY!!!

according to that article: The bills would trade all/or a combination of DT-MCCARGO, 4TH OR 5TH RD PICK, AND WR STEVE JOHNSON. I would try and keep johnson, I like his potential! but other than that-DO IT!!!

I personally agree. You resign Peters and pay him the money-but he better play like he did 2 years ago if we are paying all that loot. Honestly, he was not that great last seaon. I know he missed training camp, and that s all timing. So he should be good to go-pay him!!!. Left tackles are very important, and we all saw what happened when we used the 4th pick on Mike Williams from Texas!! UGH!!!

hey buddy, if we do trade for scheffler-we will resign him immedialtely, thats why Bus Cook-his agent, was in Buffalo. We would not trade for him in the final year of his contract unless he re-signs!!! But I do think peters may get traded if the price is right!!

I hate to say this Bills fans, but I think the JASON PETERS COULD HAPPEN!! Peters wants to be the hishest paid takclet in the game, or atleast in the TOP 5!!! Right now, Jake long is the highest paid at around 10-11 Million a season. Does anyone see the Bills paying Peters that kind of money???? I sure dont, Ralph is cheap and on his way out. Also-its reported that Peters and the BILLS are roughly 3 MILLION A YEAR APART!!! That is alot for a small market team

I DONT KNOW IF THIS IS TRUE BUT-Just heard that Sirius radio reported that the Bills have worked out a deal to get TONY SCHEFFLER from the broncos-and sorry jay cutler fans, this was the reason that Bis Cook was in town. Scheffler only has 1 year remaining on his contract-so if traded, the new team would want to sign him to an extension beforing agreeing to the trade. THATS WHY BUS COOK WAS IN TOWN, NOT FOR CUTLER. The rumor also says that we resigned Scheffler and that John McCargo will be one of the centerpieces of the trade. Like I said, this is not CONFIRMED but is the rumor. Let me know what you think? GO BILLS!!!!!

Buddy, we need a guard on our roster who can actually block. Right now, who are our starting guards? Exactly-so waters would be a huge UPGRADE at this point.

i heard last night that thomas, and fellow MLB Peterson formally of Jacksonville are going to be visiting the BILLS asap- so we will see. Thomas is only 25, he is young and has good size. He played at NC state

Mcgee could only be traded assuming me re-sign greer, and I dont think that will happen. Although I would love to re-sign Greer and trade Mcgee for a stud TE like Winslow-even if he does have some bagagge. But trades in the NFL seem to be rare. compared to trades in other leagues

Hey buddy, I understand what your saying, but watch PTI today. The cant look at the play in regular speed and determine it was a fumble. It should have went right to the booth, and be reviewed. A process which takes usually 2 minutes. AND AGAIN-it looked very similiar to the 1st fumble/incomplete pass that happened. Bottom line, review the DAMN play. I did'nt care who won-but I thought his arm is coming forward and the Cards get one more play.

But thats the point. There is doubt wether is was a fumble or not. So take the time to review it and get it right. If they did that-they would have seen that fumbles dont come out as spirals! LOL-

I disagree. It looked just like the play the happened earlier in the game. Which was ruled an incomplete pass. Either way, you gotta take a minute and review it. If it was Tom Brady, or even Big Ben, they would have reviewed it. Just be FAIR

Before we start winning again (Like in the 90's) Ralph may need to sell the team, and hire and coach who knows what the heck he is doing. But as far as talent goes, we are very close I think. Its our playcalling and lack of a team identity that really hurts us. With all that being said, this is what I believe the team needs to do to end the playoff drought!!! Team Needs: 1. PASS RUSH!!! This is by far the most important thing the Bills are lacking. B/C of our lack of a pass rush, we make average QB's look like Pro Bowlers because they have literally ALL DAY to throw!! This may not be fixed with just 1 player. However, I would cut Chris Kelsay and his $5 Million dollar salary, and bring in 2 new pass rushing ends. Possible thru free agency and another in the draft. And stop getting these undersized ends with high motors, get DE's who actually have the size and strengh to play END!! 2. CENTER!!! Anyone who saw the Bills play and struggle vs the 3-4 scheme defense knows we need a center. The Bills were 1-6 vs 3-4 schemes last year, the only team we beat with a 3-4 was San Diego. We need to address the center in Free Agency if possible. A vetern like Matt Birk (Min) or a young Jamal Brown (Bal) would be great, or possible take MACK in the NFL draft. Remember-every team in our division runs the 3-4, and we were 0-6 in the division b/c we do not have a physical Center who can match up vs the big NT in the 3-4 scheme. Our center has to face some of the best NT in the league in Kris Jenkins, vince milfork, and jason fergusen. 3. ANOTHER RECEIVING OPTION!!! The Bills desperately need a vertern NUMBER 2 WR, this should be done in free agency. There are a number a good viable receivers on the free agent market, and besides we drafted Hardy last Year, and would like to give him 2-3 seasons to develope before we label him a BUST!! Remember that Eric Moulds took 3 seasons before he got to be good. AND/OR A PASS CATCHING TE!!! This would really help stretch the field and create match up problems. This could be taken care of Via free agency by signing Bo Scaife (Ten) or drafting one, like we need to do. 4. A VETERN BACKUP QB!!! Even if Trent is the answer, he has missed over 6 games in his 1st two seasons. Also, if he struggles, this QB needs to be able to step in and lead the team!! 5. DEPTH!!! We need to have succifient back-ups. 2 seasons ago, the Bills were the MOST INJURED team in the NFL. We need depth at LB, O-Line, and CB. Greer is gonna leave via free agency, so that leaves us with Mcgee, Mckelvin, and Youboty as CB, and mcgee and youboty only have 1 year remaining on there contracts. Seriously, thats not alot. The main young are there for the right coaching staff to mold into WINNERS! We just need an OWNER who wants to WIN and shows us that!!! GO BILLS GO!!!!!!!

well when your coaching against an idiot and a loser (.442 coaching winning percentage) you get made to look alot better, but you are right we will never beat NE all long as we have Dick Jauron and they have Bellicheat. I mean, they have 11 wins with a 7th rd drat pick who had not started a game since high school. If we cant beat them this year how are we ever?????????????

In other words, he is a kitty, and we need an ass kicker i think. Jauron is really clueless that is for sure-he is terrible in challening and any type of playcalling!!!

you cant just compare edwards numbers vs cassels. We ran the ball very well, and the playcalling was the main difference. Bellicheat knows how to call a game, and once again out coached Dick Mauron (jauron)

Are you serious? I thought trent played well considering the wind and our terrible "Vanilla" playcalling!! I am not saying trent is the answer to our QB problem, but consider this: Trent was 11-5 is his first 16 starts (between last year and this beginning of this year) and that is with the terrible Dick Jauron-
