  1. Well we'll just have to see if what you characterize as "stirred up" constitutes legal liability for the actions of others along with evidence of such intentions. Or if more likely, nothing happens. Finally, you got something right! Hell has frozen over.
  2. Its all allegations to this point. Most of which is being pursued by aggressive and partisan DA's with an axe to grind. You don't know any better than I do what "real" evidence there is here. Most of what this committee calls evidence is inadmissible hearsay in a court setting. But when it comes to Trump you and a few other posters have a penchant for jumping to conclusions without any verified facts. Your hatred and emotion is getting in the way of logical thinking. If he's guilty then he's guilty, that's for a court to decide. But I've heard no verdict from any court to this point. And as for 1/6, they've yet to discover anything resembling evidence pointing to some mastermind plan of some grand conspiracy and coordination of some criminal plot. What I here is talk of people talking options and dismissing most of them and doing nothing with the rest outside of some legal appeals which is perfectly acceptable given election procedures and protocols.
  3. The entire DOJ story is all smoke and no fire. Which is par for the course with the US media. They manufacture "news" (DOJ has said to have asked) that fits the predetermined policy narrative rather than gather facts and intelligence to create and draw conclusions.
  4. With Biden there's also the absurd. reality bending woke, social justice culture subplot crawling out of the shadows to take center stage. The only thing missing from this administration is the laugh-tracks playing in the background.
  5. I prefer adverbs to pronouns. They are non-binary and non-violently descriptive of the 68 currently identified genders.
  6. I expect they'll nominate a drag queen transexual woke child grooming antifa social justice activist demanding the end to systemic white supremacy, criminalization of the internal combustion engine, elimination of bail for all crimes while cutting all police protection and prohibiting private citizens from defending themselves. The ticket carries New York and California but loses the rest of the country. Democrats immediately demand investigations into voter fraud while doxing and surrounding the homes of all Electoral College delegates proclaiming democracy is being threatened by the election results.
  7. The prosecution's case charged that snipers associated with the Berkut police unit killed or wounded Maidan protesters but no individual was convicted of any charges Some witnesses testified that shots were fired from Maidan protester controlled buildings. Not from any government held positions. Some suggest it was a CIA false flag event. What proof do you have that it wasn't the CIA that instigated and executed this pretext for regime change? I mean, its not like they don't do this on a regular basis. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_involvement_in_regime_change The US government is the king of foreign interference operations.
  8. I think you're operating with a real big blind spot because the politicians "coming for people" are already running the government. That's our big disagreement. You think the threat is banging on the door trying to get into the house and I think the threat is already in the house.
  9. That sounds like a great campaign strategy. Focus on getting the "huge" jew hater and terrorist vote while ignoring the other 99.999% of the voters.
  10. Doug and Rachel are just repeating and referring to the plan Hedley Lamarr used against Sheriff Bart and the Waco Kid to attack Rock Ridge in Blazing Saddles.
  11. Does anyone think this made-for-TV series will get renewed for a 2nd season? The ratings are terrible, and the critics have panned the acting as terrible. Especially the forced crying and feigning of concern for democracy.
  12. How do I know? I'm not a friggin' mind reader. But what I do know, this commission smells like horseshit.
  13. The committee investigating Trump is as unbiased as Belichick officiating the next Bills/Patriots game.
  14. Shouldn't those additional rights be either spelled out in the Constitution or provided through the establishment of law by the Legislative branch? And not through Judicial proclamations or interpretations as the court is not in the business of granting or defining rights. Given that context, I'm not clear how the court ruling violates or contradicts the 9th amendment.
  15. He should be tried, convicted, and imprisoned for life, or worse. But sympathetic Democratic "woke" DA's will let him out without bail to rape more women.
  16. In classical regime change fashion, in 2014 the CIA and State Department helped engineer the coup facilitated by the Maidan Uprising to remove former President Viktor Yanukovych. Of course, on charges of corruption. Which in Ukraine is simply standard practice. And still is. The real crime, resisting overtures from the EU and blocking potential NATO expansion with his "pro" Russia policies. Of course you're never going to find any official source that admits the CIA and the State department actively participated in a regime change operation but start there with the smoke that leads to the fire. The problem isn't so much the objective but rather the results as these Washington characters FUBAR each and every one of these operations and foreign interventions. Wherever they tread, instability and disaster follow these operations. By design, I suspect. In this case the goal to weaken Russia, an existential threat to the Empire. Of course there are other ways to do that without sacrificing the lives of a lot of citizens and soldiers in Ukraine that quite frankly won't see any change in their lives between the government that was removed and the one that's currently in power. "Meet the new boss, same as the old boss" kind of stuff where in this case the only difference is who's making the payoffs and who's receiving them..
  17. Note to self. If you're planning an insurrection anytime soon make sure your plan has a chance of working. Study past successful insurrection events around the world and in history. More importantly study failures, like 1/6. Identify the traits and resources necessary for success. Learn what mistakes to avoid, how to be discreet and careful in preparation and planning. You don't want to tip off anyone. Make sure your assault team is not composed of a majority of people that are over 60 and out of shape with multiple health issues. Like being over-weight. Over-weight insurrectionists are slow and cannot carry a lot of weapons and ammunition. They are easy targets for trained marksman and security officers. And they get tired really fast and need to stop and rest frequently. Take their phones away too. That will remove the temptation to waste time by stopping to take a lot of selfies. You need to do this fast and execution of the plan needs to be precise. I'll say it again for emphasis and importance. You need able bodied battle ready well-armed warriors to make this work. This is the number one critical success factor. No slow unarmed fat old guys stopping to rest and take pictures. Do dress rehearsals or if you prefer proof of concept attempts at an insurrection. Start small, like attempting a takeover of your local DMV office. Move on to bigger targets to gain some expertise, get a feel for things, and shake out your plan. Now you're ready!
  18. What needs to be explained is why did one specific officer decide opening fire was justified because of imminent danger while the other officers on the scene did not? We've heard the explanation from the officer that fired his weapon but what explanation did the others provide for holding fire? Was their assessment that they were in no immediate danger? If the officer firing the weapon acted responsibility than what does that say about those that choose to hold fire? What drives me crazy about all the point made about the "rioters" here and elsewhere is what stopped them from going on and taking over the building, burning it to the ground, and killing or injuring anyone that got in their way? Not a single question or answer. Other than "divine intervention" interceding and instructing the rioters to leave the building and go home what was it? It wasn't the police on the scene, there was no military or national guard. My gut says a group of some 100K protesters encountering token resistance from an under-staffed Capitol Police detail assigned that day that were intent on destruction would have caused a lot more damage and most likely would not have been stopped if they had that in mind.
  19. De-fund and eliminate skeptics and dissenters. That's standard policy on a lot of issues. Then define the consensus without their participation in the count. But If assorted environmental activists think the temperature is going to keep rising and we're doomed then why aren't they all moving to central Canada or the Rockies to get away from the heat and the rising ocean? Instead they all live along the east and west coasts in low-lying urban areas. Which makes them phonies.
  20. Just look at the clinical trial results for efficacy and safety, and FDA comments, warnings, and restrictions and report back to us. For bonus points, look at the real world data on use on patients. Oh, I'm not an MD, but I do work with and analyze clinical trial data and patient information such as electronic health records, prescription data, claim and hospitalization data so I think its valid for me to claim some level of "expert" status. A lot of what the CDC puts out on COVID comes my organization.
  21. I saw he's in isolation at the White House and is receiving treatment with Pfizer's Paxlovid. I'm curious why his doctor's didn't use Regeneron's Regen-COV MAB combo injection which I think is much more effective and certainly much safer treatment. Many taking Paxlovid have reported a second infection from the virus after doing a course of treatment and then somehow becoming re-infecting. Plus Paxlovid has lots of warnings about adverse reactions when used in patients on other medications.
  22. He's got his finger on the button and he's mentally unstable. This requires a battery of mental tests and potential 25th amendment removal from office by the cabinet. It's urgent that they act. Its a serious matter of national security. Where did we hear that before? And why are these same voices now silent when its obvious the President is a couple cans short of a six pack upstairs? The other problem is the people composing the cabinet are more mentally impaired and delusional than Joe. Its a real 3-ring circus. I can't wait to see the season finale of "Joe and his Clueless Clucks Destroy the World" on Hulu.
  23. First, none of this has anything to do with what I want or what I don't want. We have family of Ukrainian descent (my sister-in-law) and we've pitched in to help at the church with time and money for aid shipments. So I'm hardly what others here suggest as some sort of Russian sympathizer or asset because I'm not buying into the propaganda about how well and great this war is going. And when somebody responds with some"Putin" reference I don't know whether to laugh or cry. There's a lot of needless death and suffering. That's my base case here. But this conflict started back in 2014. When the State department's neocon extraordinaire Victoria Nuland and the CIA engineered the coup in 2014. In 2016 Trump's in, she's out and a balance of power back-and-forth is in place. In 2020 Biden's in and she's back in the club. Under-secretary for Blinken assigned to finish the job. To fast-forward to today, in my view this war is already lost But Washington refuses to allow Zelensky to sit down and discuss peace terms. Europe is a disaster, It should be pointed out these are the same cast of characters that FUBAR'd every single one of these regime change operations over the past 25+ years and its almost a guarantee this one is also going to end in abject failure. If the US had clearly stated there are no plans to put missiles in Ukraine or to advance the NATO alliance towards their border none of this would have happened. But the US didn't say that because that's absolutely the objective. What you might be distracted from here is the big picture of changing alliances and transfer of power among the global players. Do you really believe the US is playing from a position of strength? Look at Biden's recent trip for clues. The body language and how he came off as weak and begging for the Saudi's to increase oil output. And he came away with nothing. They did everything short of just laughing in his face. This week Putin follows up with his visit. Don't be surprised if Putin along with Xi eventually broker an armistice or peace deal between long time adversaries Iran and Saudi Arabia. That will be a real kick in the toolbox for the US State Department. The balance of power is shifting away from the US and these weak and ineffective leaders and constant threats of violence and military intervention and sanctions are accelerating the process as the world is looking for the exit ramp.
