I believe this is part of the Democrat resistance movement's overall "scorched earth" strategy. Leave things in as worse shape as possible as their media allies continue to peddle the all is well with everything mantra during their withdrawal from control. Then when something goes wrong carpet bomb the message that Trump was left with everything in great shape by Biden and he screwed it up already. Expect a significant market correction early in 2025 to start things off.

In the playoffs the Bills have made some critical error, either in executing a play or a head scratching error in judgment or in hindsight a poor decision. For me, the game just seemed different this time. This Chief's team might be 9-1 but they have some glaring flaws unlike previous teams. If the Bills come at them with a full and healthy roster in the playoffs and play the game with the same aggressive and fearless attitude, I like our chances.

Democrats trying to steal PA senate seat

The outcome you prescribe here rarely happens because these officials are allowed to operate above and outside of the law. In this case the court should issue arrest warrants for these officials. Let's see if they do something rather than the usual nothing. Reining in this behavior and transforming government back to one that operates under rules and process rather than personal and political whims is one of "tent poles" of the populist movement. -
The anti-appeasement argument is let's continue to fund the war until every Ukranian is dead. And what you call appeasement is what most people call negotiating. I think the Russians should leave Ukraine but so should the Americans. And Trump is far from helping Putin but after 8+ years of non-stop Russia, Russia, Russia propoganda that's how you see every event. So they negotiate some mutually agreeable settlement and if Putin renegs on the deal or causes trouble somewhere else we have overwhelming force superiority to deal with it. Problem solved.

Democrats trying to steal PA senate seat

As i understand this situation, there is a valid signature requirement. But they don't want the same group of activists filling out the illegal ballots to sign 100's because that type of fraud is easily detectable and cannot be brushed aside even in the most rigged court settings. Too obvious to hide. So they've taken the ignore the law route, ie have some stste official waive the signature requirement, with intent to argue their case in front of friendly courts that support their politics at the expense of valid election laws and the will of the voters.in a word, cheating. -
Pete Hegseth: CONFIRMED as Secretary of Defense

First, you have to understand their definition of a white supremacist. That would anyone that can do math, speaks in a grammatically correct manner, exercises regularly, and shows up on time for appointments. Second, the idea is to revert the military back to a merit based fighting force focused on the mission and not a baby sitting operation for DEI proponents. So what's the problem? -
The office of DEI is going to get eliminated and they're all going to get fired anyway so why not wait so they can collect unemployment benefits and potentially some severance package? I would expect the job market for DEI experts is going to be pretty tight given a change of direction regarding the concept nationally.

Did I miss some big nomination announcement or are we talking about just one guy at the moment? -
Asylum seekers! That's funny. I'll wager not a single person staying at the Red Roof courtesy of the taxpayers will meet the criteria for asylum status if by some remote chance they show up for the hearing in front of a judge. But if they declared themselves as seeking economic opportunity they would have been turned away. So the administration with a wink and a nod accepted 20 million asylum claims. The Dems get potential future voters and cooperating corporations get cheap labor to undercut the wages of American workers that get sent to the unemployment line. Completely absurd.

That sort of attitude is why you guys lost. You can find all kinds of character flaws, some true, some not, with Trump's team but ignore or deny they exist with the Dems and Harris. Its clearly not self-reflection. What you need to understand is, it wasn't so much they liked Trump but rather Harris and the progressives lost because their policies sucked and the voters simply had enough of their crap. The Dems policies and their identity politics just didn't work for most people. Want to win next time? Move to the center and dump the far-left mental patients from the team. They're a fringe and very small group so don't let them dictate the national agenda. Clean house.

I read an opinion piece that identified the NYS DEC official that authorized the commando raid on the animal sanctuary and home as Karen Przyklek but I know nothing about this person. The identity of the person filing multiple complaints of potential rabies and biting by Peanut remains unknown. As does the facts around whether or not any of them are true. The results of rabies tests on the euthanized animals Peanut the Squirrel and Fred the Racoon to my knowledge remain a secret. My guess is if the rabies tests were positive that State would have released them immediately. So they were almost certainly 100% negative. A lot of people are saying what's the fuss about a Squirrel and there's some credence to that argument. But those concluding that are missing the point of the event. It's an example of government acting with malicious intent and using excessive force, because they want to show you who's the boss, and afterward feeling they have no accountability or responsibility to provide clear and truthful explanations for their actions and motivations or any information to the owner or the public which would justify their actions. If you have a pet, perhaps a dog or a cat, and live in NYS think about your relationship with the creature living in your home and then put yourself in the place of Peanut's owner. And then think about what the State did here and understand the DEC can feel compelled to raid your home, and remove and kill your pet solely based on an undisclosed and unproven complaint, not provide you any explanation, and given today's lack of government accountability they'll suffer no consequences or discipline for their evil act. In this case they should all be fired from top on down just to make another "example". This time one that sends a crystal clear message.

I'm actually expecting the opposite starting with the November jobs report on 12/6. There's no need for the administration to fudge the job numbers, and for that matter other metrics like GDP, and I wouldn't be surprised by a negative jobs print. It will signal the start of the "resistance" message that Trump was handed a great economy but his program and policies are screwing it up aleady as businesses adjust "expectations" for a slowdown. Maybe a market correction to follow?

Its really about the rule of law, like some here like to tell us. The Biden administration in coordination with various NGOs and organized crime syndicates used and abused the asylum designation to move 20 million foreigners into the country. Each person entering the country under this designation, unless they illegally entered, was processed and giving a hearing date to in front of a judge and plead their case for asylum. The truth is very few will meet the criteria and Biden, Mayorkas, and his crew know this to be true. But they proceeded to flood the country and the courts anyway. Call it gross negligence, malice, whatever you want for whatever motivation. But the legal disposition of all these migrants is If the judge rules in their favor they get to stay, if the judge rules against them they need to leave, and if they don't show up they face a deportation order. My gut says most won't show up for their hearing because they know they don't meet the criteria. If Harris won that wouldn't matter and a Democrat administration wouldn't pursue a deportation order. But under Trump it will matter. That's basically all there is to it.

Another important situation to address is the control of public school teachers unions over the education system.

You're parroting a re-branded version of the "domino theory" used by war proponents during the Vietnam war that justified escalation and commitment of US forces based on the false premise that if Vietnam fell to the communists then all of Southeast Asia would turn "red". That prediction failed as will yours here. At the moment, a negotiated settlement between the parties appears to be the most likely outcome.

I've been casually observing the words and actions of these nutjobs since the election ended their reign of terror. What they provide is lots of excuses, anger, and denial over what happened. Most voters, applied some thinking, reasoning and logic in deciding the democrat's agenda represented by Harris combined with the Biden administration's record just didn't do anything for them personally. It had very little to do with misogyny or racism. So they voted for Trump, like him or not. His agenda resonated with the voters. If anything, it was a rejection of the far-left. The country's "tone" will shift more to the center. At the moment, these liberal temper tantrums are of no concern. Many are amusing to see but the cold, hard truth is the far-left has substantially less power over social and political direction after the election. Suddenly, at the national level, they've lost the power to get their way and throwing a pissy fit is their only option. I expect they'll retreat back to the world of academia where they feel "safe" from challenges to their belief system but even that could be at risk. If I read the intent of the incoming administration the billions in Federal funding they depend on to pursue their goals via NGOs and University grants is going to dry up. The government shouldn't be funding "extremists" of any type. If they think they're going to hurt people by their protest actions they're likely mistaken. If their actions involve some personal sacrifice on their part don't expect it to last very long. Pampered narcissists don't have the DNA for sacrifice. But for now enjoy the clown show.
