  1. Yea, that's just the first half. You forgot that the field will open up and swallow Marshawn Lynch into the pits of hell on the first drive of the third quarter. Brian Brohm will be decapitated by cheese head who was looking for the pisser. Chan Gailey will be in the fedal position, crying and sucking his thumb by the time the forth quarter starts and the Packers are up 984 - 3. Then, the NFL will declare that the entire Buffalo Bills team will face a firing squad immediately after the game and that the city of Buffalo and all of their citizens will be forced to work a slaves for the state of Wisconsin - Just for having the nerve to show up and perform in such a horrible fashion. GET A GRIP! They will be fine on Sunday. I don't know if they win or not, but they will improve this week.
  2. I'll take our secondary against Aaron Rodgers and no established running game. Bring it on.
  3. I agree, I though Kelsay was the worst player on the field yesterday. He looked terrible. I almost hate to say it, but play Maybin and see if he can develop. If you are rebuilding, than rebuild.
  4. You can't blame guys for getting injured. I know it is frustraiting, but seriously, injuries are so random and completely out of the control of the player most of the time. Anything can happen out there - a guy rolls over your leg, a pothole in the turf, etc. Pos, could come back in a week or two and be a 10 year star for this team, or he could be injured severly and never play again. Either way, it is out of his control(from an injury stand point). Guys that are "durable" are usually just lucky. They do not have a different bone strucuture or ligament structure that makes them more prone to avoid injuries. 99% of the time at this level, it is just the luck of the draw.
  5. If I were the coach, I would give Trent 3 or 4 games to see if he can right the ship, if he can't do it, I would name Brohm as my starter for the rest of the year to see if he has the potential to be the future QB (knowing that Fitz is a career back-up) And also knowing that I am most likely throwing the season away to re-build. Then I would be sending my best scouts to see which QB we'd be drafting next year. Gailey has to be careful though, if he gives up on Trent he could be signaling to the team he is giving up on the season and lose the veterans in the locker room. Hopefully, Trent will realize his potential and make the adjustments in GB next week.
  6. The o-line has been bad too. Hopefully, everyone shapes it up. On the positive side. Maybin got a good pressure to force an errant throw...Lynch and Jackson had a couple of nice runs. Is Byrd even playing?? I keep seeing Wilson out there.
  7. Edwards looked aweful, has happy feet back there. Kelsay looked bad on coverage. Hopefully, they can make some adjustments in the 2nd half. LETS GO BILLS!
  8. I had just turned 12 years old a few weeks before this game. 1990 was the first year I started really becomming interested in the Bills. I grew up in Southern California, but my family is all from Lakawanna (hence the Bills backing). After this game my dad and I went out to celebrate and we stopped to get gas. The gas station atendant refused to serve us becasue we were wearing Bills hats and he was a Raiders fan! To this day, I still remember that and laugh. Thank you for posting this,it brings back some good memories. Hopefully, this year will get some other young kids out there excited about Bills football and they can learn what it is to be a true fan and be a part of a community.....Even if that community is 3,000 miles away.
  9. Let me wax philisophical... He like fishsticks, Therefore, he must be a gay fish.
  10. The hype around Henne has to do with the hype around Miami with pop stas being co team owners and the idea that it is such a cool and hip "international" city. The fact that they have mediocre talent won't be shown until the enbd of the year, when everyone says they "underachieved"
  11. Whoever is playing the Rams
  12. I can be a tad dark sometimes, but I can assure you, I am a highly functioning and productive member of society. Oh. just thought of this .....you could replace "rape them at the Ralph" with "gang raped at the Ralph" and it still works.....Haiku's are fun!
  13. Phins Suck Tuna Dick Lynch Is Gonna Stab Someone Rape Them At The Ralph
  14. The rookie LB I am most rooting for is Antonio Coleman. I though Moats looked good against third stringers, but got torched in coverage early and often.....In my opinion, the jury is still out on him. Also, I was really dissapointed Danny Baten got hurt so early and we will have to wait until next year to see him play, the early reports out of mini camp suggested he is a real player.
  15. Lets get a little perspective here. Brown is a 7th round pick out of a small school who is a project. 7th round guys get cut all the time, with little fanfare or press. They are 7th round guys for a reason. There are what, maybe 100 NFL quarterbacking jobs available in the world? Have some faith in the coaching staff. Gailey saw the guy up close and personal for over 2 months. If he is or was good enough to be on the team or PS, he will be here. As it looks right now, hew was not good enough to be one of those 100 or so guys, so he is not in the NFL. Maybe Brown is the 120th best QB in the world....Not quite good enough.
  16. Didn't Gailey already state something to the effect that Ubrik probably would not see any playing time this year and he has some talent but needs time. I think putting him in the starting line-up is a bit premature.
  17. Buffalo 31 - Phins 17 Edwards has his first 300 yard passing game in a while. We pick of Henne at least twice.
  18. I have been saying 9-7 possibly 8 -8 or 10-6 but either in the playoffs or one game away. I would like to see a little more depth and WR and at OL, but I think we have a lot of weapons. Seriosuly, Evans, Parrish, Spiller, Lynch and F. Jackson have play making abiility and can break one at any given time. If we can find a way to get 4 or 5 of those guys on the field at the same time, and still protect Edwards, we will be very dangerous offensivly. Jackson Spiller Lynch Edwards Evans Bell, Wood, Harngartner, Levitre, Green Parrish
  19. My final roster was pretty close. Here are the differences. I had Hardy and Jackson instead of Both of C. Harris and D. Jones.(although I though D. Jones would go to the PS) I had Bell instead of Coleman, (but thought Coleman would go to the Practice Squad.) I had Chambers instead of D. Harris, but felt Chambers would be cut after a waiver wire deal. (Thought he was terrible all preseason and last season, but was better than any of the other o-lineman we had left.) After seeing the final roster....I am not surprised with Bell being released, given the depth at the position, but I think he showed he can definitly play at this level, hopefully he passes through waivers and we can keep him on the PS. Not surpirsed at all that Brown was released or that Simpson was released. Not surprised at all the Brohm, Mitchell, Kelsay, Lynch and Fitz are all still here...They deserve to be. I am very happy for Antonio Coleman, I was really pulling for that guy....He is a great story. Not surprised with Hardy as he was a bubble pick for me and was not really needed with the emergence of David Nelson. A little surpirsed with McCargo, but glad he stuck around (it's always tough to give up on 1st round picks) I was really shocked they let Jackson go. All that guy did was make plays during the pre season. Honestly, I though he would start the year at the #2 receiver position becasue Steve Johnson really has not shown much. Of all the cuts, I think that one may be the one that comes back to haunt us. I have to think there must be some story there, something off the field because given Jackson's production this pre-season, cutting him just doesn't seem to make a lot of sense.
  20. WERE NOT TRADING MARSHAWN. I don't know why this has not sunk in yet.
  21. The easy pick is Seattle, but you never know
  22. How about "Super Freak, Super Freak, & Super Freaky" Yeah!
  23. I put up anotheer sign request on another thread, but ill do another one here. How about someone puts up a sign at the home opener that says "Buffalo Has The Biggest Wang In The League"
