  1. Although probably some merit to this, barring injury Eli more than likely hangs around a few more games. I doubt he wants to sit until the Giants are technically out of it. He may have little choice after this week’s beatdown.
  2. Maybe.....Allen wasn’t the first player thrown to the wolves and won’t be the last. Maybe....no two players are the same and no two situations are the same. Gotta churn those opinions in case one of them sticks.
  3. Does this mean you are in a different camp?
  4. I know. But, who does? Adjust like the Hoodie does. He pulls all the strings. The OC and DC are de-facto and he is the GM. Cherry picking AB just adds to it.
  5. "That's the same thing you (the collective media) said about Randy Moss when we brought him in," Belichick retorted. http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000001053385/article/belichick-makes-antonio-brownmoss-comparison
  6. Over. The grassy knoll is on full display here. AB wanted to go to the Pats. Theater show is over. I am thinking Randy Moss type, great player who wants a ring. Good luck to any and all DCs scheming for Brown, Gordon and Edelman.
  7. We should know more in three weeks. That game was business as usual for NE. They are 12-3 against Big Ben? Are the Steelers sorry or just sorry looking in Foxboro? The Pats “warm” up with Miami and the Jets. Buffalo should beat a sorry looking Giants’ team but the Bengals aren’t going to be an easy out. The Pats will tell us a lot more about this team. McDermott, Frazier and Daboll better have something cooked up for this one.
  8. Just another bandaid ripped off
  9. If you didn’t see the Ravens as the lock this week, you haven’t been paying attention.
  10. There is nothing cheap , other than the money, when It comes to playing for the Empire.
  11. Dave Chappelle calls everybody one in his latest Netflix drop, starting with Anthony Bourdain. He then goes on to say he isn’t one, which in enlightened circles he isn’t. The lines are blurred and the slope is slippery. When will it end?
  12. Makes that essentially one expensive helmet......
  13. Depending on their environment. My child didn’t refer to anyone’s skin color until he was six, something he learned else where. We taught our child to see everyone as a person first not someone who looks a certain way.
  14. You are going to have do better than that. So everyone with brown skin is martial arts instructor? Or is it everyone named Smith? Identifying someone by general characteristics isn’t brain surgery. This has nothing to do with making general assumptions based on the way someone looks which I believe is dumb.
  15. So once you have labeled someone as white, black, Latino....what do you know about them? Amen!
  16. Does this have involve shades and tones? And what are they to make of this recognition? Why can’t we just see people as people? There are cultural differences in every race. Can you teach someone to a know the Protestant from a Catholic? A Hindu from a Muslim? Your path is a slippery slope to labeling everyone before you even know their name.
  17. What I am saying is what we see in children. Kids who aren’t raised with bias, learned from their parents usually, don’t see skin color at all. They refer to their friends and peers as simply that kid. If you ask them which kid, they will say the one with the blue shirt on or the one wearing the hat.
  18. As long as we define each other by color there will always be division.
