this is one loaded issue and i have no crystal ball, but after reading everybody's comments, i think we have to try and get this done. some of the contracts mentioned are rookie deals that are way out of the ball park and that is going to change soon. we need to pay our best players to send a message that we are quality organization that respects it's own, especiallyif we are going to throw money at guys that have never played for us. Peters may spit in our face in the long run but we won't know until we see the proverbial rubber meeting the road. go bills

you beat me to it. if i had the fame, money, and life lynch has when i was 22, i shudder to think what kind of mess i would be in or would have gotten into. it would be grand if someone would/could give him a little help, advice, love. he is a heck of a ball player and i hope he can tote the rock for us for years to come.

kind of like knight telling someone to play jordan at center until they found one? players play no matter what the scheme. sure some are adapted to certain styles better than others, but tell me bruce smith, ray lewis, reggie white, or lawrence taylor would have been busts in the wrong scheme.

i would be great if i could get on the field, was younger, faster, and ..... keep greer, all he does is make plays.
