  1. When they play basketball. This whole thread seems to be started by someone with an inferiority complex who had to find someone or something to hate on.
  2. While there may be a bit of Chicken Little in the article, there is starting to be a wave building around the media to where this coaching search is becoming some what of a punch line. You may say screw the media and the pundits but where there is smoke there is fire. How many people have turned this job down now? How many second tier guys have turned down is the bigger issue to me. Cleveland, Seattle, Washington have all been able to target their prospect and close the deal. We on the other hand don't seem to be able to get anything to stick to the wall. I hope I am wrong but the tea leaves are starting to suggest if it walks like a duck.....
  3. That is what I thought too....
  4. I said this last year and I still say this is the approach the Bills should take. So rave on
  5. So by your analogy you would prefer the occupant to live without walls, water and electricity while the house is completed? How does that work in the winters of Buffalo? Houses are built and then you move in last I checked.
  6. I think the lines on both sides of the ball should be solidified or at least the foundations should be laid first. Look at Sanchez, Flacco, and Ben, they all had the good fortune of playing behind established offensive lines and look at the pay off.
  7. Unless Tebow's intangibles make him the one I don't see a bona fide first in this bunch. Look at the Jets, four out of five first round draft picks on the offensive line and then get a quarterback. Unless the next Peyton is there I want the trenches fixed then get the final piece of the puzzle. Getting the Quarterback first is the proverbial cart before the horse.
  8. McClain looked good last night, and at 6'4" 260, that is a backer we could use.
  9. If you are correct then who gets to the podium first?
  10. Well yeah, he is a patriette fan!
  11. Everyone has one, so why are we subjected to P.K.'s like it is etched in stone?
  12. Look at the pic of the perp that started this thread and you will know all you need to on this subject
  13. It looks as though this guy just needs to be blocked cablelady. There is suspicious ink on his arm
  14. I sense a pot/kettle thing here.....
  15. cue violin please......
  16. Play their starters for how long? and where is the pick? so the rich get richer? great idea. If a team earns the right to rest players then that is their business. Didn't the Yankees rest pitchers heading into October? Did anyone get all bent up about that? IMO it boils down to the overall lack of competitiveness league wide, but that is just a microcosm of life. If Indy wins it all then that will be the blueprint going forward, they lose and end of discussion unless you are a Colts' fan.
  17. That is funny
  18. Some people call it a tool shed, I call it an outbuilding....... hmmmmm.
  19. Peter King is a blow hard full of tweet nothings
  20. Maybe they would rather play Indy than S.D., The Bengals will play on Saturday of wild card weekend so rest for a short week when they could potentially play the Jets again, The Patriettes need some rest too for Tommy boy and the D line, Granted I would want to play the Championship Game at home but do you really think it will come to that? The Pats play at home next weekend and then go across country to play S.D. then if they win they go to Indy. They are going to need all the rest they can get. Two games with the Jets is going to wear the Bengals out to say the least on their way to Indy and beyond. Your just in case scenario is a long shot and in today's N.F.L. you have to play the percentages
