Williams set the organization back to a rebuilding stage as far as I am concerned. He ran off a number of players with his Lombardi wanna be approach. I am not of fan of his for what he did to the organization and not his slight of the weather. His remarks were just icing on the proverbial cake.
Today on the radio Gregg Williams said when he was in Buffalo he wanted to draft Brees but couldn't and is glad the Bills didn't or he would be stuck in Buffalo. Since I couldn't rip my radio out of my vehicle I will pull for Peyton, what about you guys?
I have a feeling if we go 3-4 then this won't resemble our starting line up much at all. You can't make orange juice out of grapes. There will have to be some acquistions to transition to the other scheme needless to say. Good thing the season is a long way off so that speculation can run rampant until then.
Both Sanchez and Flacco got there behind well established lines. Neither has had to carry a team. Marino and Kosar's rookie years were pre-cap and i will bet their lines were established veterans too.
There is only one Peyton.... Put Sanchize behind our line or Ben and see what that does to their numbers. Go get Bradford and his bum shoulder and he will be the next David Carr or Trent Edwards.
I will pound that drum with you gentlemen. Get the trenches fixed and then go after a Qb. A month ago someone tried to move the occupant into the house before it was finished analogy in some bassackwards way attempt to support their argument. I suggested he ask his wife how well that would work? So yeah get the house done and then find a quality talent to move in and enjoy many years of pain free living. Fixed.
I think they call that a catch-22. Is there a way for the mods to capture this and repost it, the entire thread, when in a month or so someone decides we need to revisit.
Can he be worse than Jauron, Williams, Mularky is not the question that I wish to be asked. Can he be as good as the premier coaches in the league would be the one that would give me cause for celebration.
