Firing him would not make the team worse. Plus it's obvious that we cannot win with Juaron so why wait, maybe a new coach can get the team palying by the last 5 or 6 games and get ahead for next year on player evaluation.

Usually it's a bad ideal to fire a coach this early in the season, but in this case I think we should Dick needs to go asap. The team is getting worse and we can't score any points. Personally Shanahan or Gruden would be the best fit, but not sure either would want the job mid-season. This is a long year and it just started.

Ferguson and Hampton are both on the downside of their careers, no thanks.

Any coach would take the job if he got the deal he wanted from the Bills. Keep in mind there are only 32 NFL job and there is a ton of competition for every job. Plus the next coach has nowhere to go but up.

I am very conflicted about this topic. On one hand I never want the Bills to lose, but don't think we will ever make the playoffs with DJ at the helm, so the only way to change the culture is another coach. The only way to get another coach is to lose, ugh why can't we get a good coach?

1. Get Derrick Johnson from KC. He was inactive today groin and did not make the trip with the team after he was listed as questionable Friday. Rumor is he does not get along with the new regime and almost anybody on the team for the right price. Not sure what that would be...but when Poz gets back with Veek and Johnson, look out a very good LB corps. 2. look at TE Rucker, can't hurt to work him out.

I'm more upset the Bills passed on Nagata to draft Whitner.

Lee Evans should say the same thing after signing his extension...talk about a career being wasted. At least TO had a few good QB's throwing to him over the years.

The Bills have been a tease for the last 3 years and are the same team today. They play close with good teams but always find a way to lose. I would buy the argument that this is a young team on the rise that needs a few breaks if this was year 1, but not year 4. The time for excuses has past.

No the Bills won't let us off that easy, I think another 7-9 or 6-10 with a 3 game winning streak to get us excitited for a month. then the yearly let down just like the 4th quarter today. when the heat is on DJ does not prepare the team to win.

His rating is high b/c he checks down 75% of the time. Granted against Tampa he threw downfield more but the is the exception not the rule with Trent. He needs to get more agressive in the passing game if we are going to make a playoff run.

After missing most of camp I don't expect much from him until next year...but he can't learn without making mistakes. That is why we call them rookies.

I can't wait until we replace him with an NFL caliber linebacker
