    I agree. In years past, 2-4 would go in each year. This is the second year only one will be enshrined.

    Add some zinc to that box of Nerds and extra tomatoes ( Vit C ) to any leftover chili. I do nuts (pecans ) in my oatmeal. That is right!! Nuts are the good fats to eat!!! The goal is to have more good fats than BAD!!!

    Great....canned tuna and salmon dry or with lite mayo is good too along with some swiss cheese.

    I had mine removed at age 10. Surgery was on Mon before Thanksgiving and I ate like a horse! The only regret was that my doctor didn't let me have them out sooner!!

    ooooops!!!!!!! How was everyone's TGIF? Good choices!! Oatmeal is better than cereal because it has fiber and less sugar. Omelets are good too just make it with mushrooms onions...red peppers...spinach..tomatoes

    I do Bills games on the 97 Rock app on my iPhone . It lets me have all the preseason games and regular season ones when I am unable to be at the Bills Backers Cafe. I even listened to their pregame while driving from the hotel to Qualcomm Stadium for the San Diego game!!
