I'm not one to make excuses for the Bills, and this isn't an excuse for why we didnt make the playoffs, but 5 of 6 in a stretch on the road.....just a little ridiculous and should be looked at by the competition committee.

Make some cuts and you still have to have money to for a rookie pool, try and re-sign Cordy and Ritchie and keep some RFA. The only free agents I see us signing are minimum wage street free agents. Doug is going to need his greatest draft next season.

I can see Jimmy selling Marrone to the factory of sadness. Had success with Syracuse who hasnt had much lately, got the Bills to 9-7. You could do a lot worse. Not saying he's great and we know he's not loyal.....but what the hell if Brandon could sell him to Bills fans Im sure they Browns can do the same. Plus Marrone can draft his QB...Goff I guess.

I think it might send the message Watkins was talking about.....if the Bills are going to move on from Mario and I think they will, why not also send a message for next season if you aren't producing, we will find someone else and you will be gone. God i can't even remember a batted pass from Mario, if he cant get motivated for 12.9 million next season(non-bonus) then I don't know what makes him tick.

Great post and it should be plain as day to Pegula. This team has no synergy. More reason this teams needs a football czar/president so the coaching matches the personnel. Its more and more evident that Rex may have been the absolute worst hire for what this team had. This team had a great front 4, traded away a LB and Rex wants to run some hybrid 3-4? Imagine if we lose Ritchie and Cordy in free agency which is a good possibility, you cant replace 2 starting OL revamp a D with more DL, LBs and maybe a S, get a compliment WR to Sammy. Just when you thought this team was close, they find a way to screw it all up.

Pegula cant change this. The players have to want to change this. So many of the SB Bills wanted to be the best. We had offensive and defensive players of the year on both sides of the ball, a special teamer who wanted to be the best special team player ever. Kelly wanted to be as good as Elway and Marino, Bruce shredded stair masters. quickly went from an overweight slug to a stud. I just dont see that desire/pride with the non playoff Bills.

No cap savings to cutting Ej, I would keep him too, looking at the backups around the league, we could do a whole lot worse. Going to one kicker would allow us to keep 3 and develop another one after EJ is gone in 2017.

I really havent seen much read option like you see with Russell Wilson. Sure he scrambles at times, but I would like to see the read option where there's no hesitation and hes taking off around end. Tyrod should be watching every Seattle game in the off season. Wilson keeps so many drives alive with no hesitation scrambles where Tyrod kind of makes up his mind late.

Whaley got fleeced on Felton, way over payed for him, suprised cutting him doesnt save a whole lot.
