Buddy Nix is every bit the failure Chan Gailey is. He's the same old boss except with a southern accent. Hiring an uninspiring ex-head coach who noone really wanted sound familar? Using 3 of his 6 first and second round picks on RBs and CBs sound familar? Not being able to stop the run sound familar? Not being able to find and develop a QB sound familar? No playoffs? The way this team is run is the definition of insanity. Now we're supposed to give this dufus the crack at picking our next QB before he rides off into the sunset? I say no way. A guy who passed on Dalton, Kaepernick, and Wilson and brought in Thigpen and Vince Young, traded for Tillman and drafted Levi Brown now somehow knows how to evaluate QBs, i dont think so. Buddy and Chan have been given a more than fair shot to improve this team in 3 years, and they havent improved this team 1 friggin game. Time to promote Whaley and let him hire the new coach and draft the QB of the future.

Only if its free next year. 199 to watch this or DVR the lowlights on NFL replay for free, thats a no brainer.

Im ready for Buddy to retire. 3 years and it doesnt look like were going to improve 1 game from the team he inhereted. His solution thus far for the most imporant position QB, has been to add a 7th round Levi Brown, sign Thigpen, bring in a done Vince Young and trade for Tavaris who doesnt play. He hasnt done really anything to improve the WR corps cept to bring in street FAs and spend a 3rd on Graham. He hasnt upgraded the linebackers. He took over a RB corp of Lynch and Fred and now we have CJ and Fred, be honest now no improvement there. He hired a retread coach, wasted millions on Merriman, Brad Smith, Kelsays extension, Fitzs extension. Passed on local boys Gronk and Mike Williams. Spent 50% of the first and second round picks on RBs and CBs, to me he's the same old thing we've been seeing and putting up with for over a decade.

I get what you are saying. It seems since the Norwood miss, you watched the superbowls and the next 3 werent really close, then the music city miracle and combine that with loses like the Pats Monday nighter and the Dallas Monday nighter and you watch a game like that and just think......how are we going to lose this and the Bills find a way to do just that.

I dont buy the negative media or cynical fanbase. For 13 years what are the local media supposed to write about? The great wins, drafts, coaching? The fans have been abused for over a decade and have seen some horrendous loses. Its amazing they are still in the stands. The inherent losers are coaches like Jauron and Chan who coach scared and dont have the stones to be an NFL coach. I was thinking about the culture of losing and whoever is the coach next year, I think it's important for this team to win in preseason next year, just for the psyche of this team.

Bills-Jags is the fight game equivilent of Chuck Wepner-vs-Duane Bobick.
