  1. Hell, have fun with the draft, it's a time of possibilities. Here's a link to Great Blue North page with trades. We trade the 8 for SFs number 1(31) their 2nd, 3rd, 5th and a 2014 second. http://www.gbnreport.com/tradeprojection.html Yeah, all these trades downs maybe dreaming, but it would be nice if Buddy just took a call or 2 during our time on the clock to listen to offers, you can always say no, we dont need to sprint the podium.
  2. I would have DE in my top 5.
  3. I dont ever remember a team questioning Rodgers toughness which I cant say for Kolb. Just when I think the Kool-aid drinkers cant get anymore delusional we get a Rodgers-Kolb comparison. And if Kolb had the same attempts as Rodgers and he would of been on pace for a 81 sack season.
  4. The point how the other cardinals QBs had a lower percentage of sacks was a little depressing, cant blame it all on the line when the other guys didnt get sacked like Kolb.
  5. Always hated the standing buffalo, looks like the only thing missing from it was a scope sight over it.
  6. Dirty Sanchez lit us up in this years opener, doesnt mean I want him.
  7. I 2nd the recommendation of ESPN's broke. The one line that stood out from that is the line about 'you can live like a king for a few years or a prince for the rest of your life. "
  8. While you posted that Ike Taylor was polishing one of his superbowl rings and you, Leodis McKelvin and Aaron Williams were at home in January watching Taylor get beat in a playoff game.
  9. The Bills havent traded down since Donohoe in the 3rd or 4th round years ago. If Im mistaken you can correct me. The Bills dont know how to work a draft.
  10. Well I'll try to explain why. I live in Pennsylvania surrounded by Steeler fans. They have consistently had one of the best defenses for over a decade in the NFL. Now quick tell me the no.1 corners they have drafted in the last 10 years.....I'll wait and remember I said corners. And here's a shock Gilmore isnt a shutdown corner, he maybe good but shutdown, I dont think so. Maybe he can make a probowl before we put him in the HOF. There is a true shut down corner maybe once every 10 years. The key to a good defense is pressure, the Steelers attack the opposing Qbs, they get sacks, they get fumbles, they hurry throws, they shut down the run. Now to me, it doesnt take a genius to see what the Steelers have been doing is working and what the Bills have been doing has not. Building a team with backs, be they RBs or CBs is not a very bright strategy. But hey maybe in year 14 of doing the same thing over and over this time it will work, but I doubt it.
  11. A corner, any corner and I maybe done with this team.
  12. I do agree it is a little telling that a lot teams have made moves for QBs prior to the draft, and KC who could have any of the QBs made a trade for Smith. I could see 1 maybe 2 go in the first. I think many fans have too many QBs going in their mocks in the first round.
  13. The Bills by a mile. This is year 14. of the slowest, soul sucking, no progress rebuild in the NFL and I don't think I'm going out a limb by saying it will be year 15 next year. Think of some kindergartener first discovering the Bills and pro football around 2000. That kid is now in college without ever having seen a playoff game. We're working on a 2nd generation to whom a Bills playoff game is something akin to folklore.
  14. If this was about not wasting money on receivers then Brad Smith should be gone. He had 240 yards receiving in 2011 and 152 in 2012. Thats street FA production numbers. But were paying him what 3 million for that. And genius Nix signed the KO return specialist in time for the KO rule change. Again Easley stats in the NFL are 0-0-0, not sure what "flashes" he's shown unless your talking about the second half of some preseason game.
  15. I agree almost 100% IMHO we go either Patterson or Allen at WR in rd 1.
  16. What scares me---same clowns drafting. WR corp is extremely thin. QBs are mediocre, thats their ceiling. Injuries at LB or safety. Defenses stacking the box, focusing on stopping the run and daring us to throw. Not really inspired about anything though I do agree the D has to be better, Wanny did one of the worst jobs of coaching a unit in this franchise's history. I would say the Vegas line on our over/under wins for 2013 will be about 5 which sounds right and we will enter year 15 of Bills groundhog day in 14. My Steeler buddies down here in PA will say "god your Bills suck", and I'll say yup just like I always do.
  17. Minus---has a concussion history in league more and more concerned about them.
  18. So with less receivers were better off? And what gives you hope in Marcus Easley who has never caught a pass in his career? Top to bottom this is probably the weakest receiver corps in the NFL.
  19. Put me down for week 6 in the concussion pool.
  20. BIlls 2013---Lets get this over with.
  21. I dont think anything goes to the top judging by the Millenium of Misery, I would take the board concensus over most decisions made by our front office.
