  1. I love all the idiots that suggest they know DJ personally enough to claim he's a "good guy" or whatever. The guy sucks as a head coach, PERIOD! He was hired to develop, lead, and make a winner. Did anyone believe it was going to happen? Never. What else matters? Does being anything other than a winner make one a winner? I'm thrilled RW had to pay for his stupid decision. He won't learn from it. At least he can burn to the tune of the $7+ Million he had to give him to leave. He just put me thru 4 more crappy years as a fan, and I can't get those back.
  2. Jauron is an excellent coach??? What suggests this? Every year, to a degree, teams are different. He is in his 4th year as the Bills' coach, and has not produced winners out of any of the 4 teams he has been the leader of. In fact, he has only done so with one team, for one season, his entire coaching career. Shouldn't someone that is considered an "excellent coach" be able to develop players, schemes, productive assistants, and a winning record more than that? You would be more accurate to say Jauron excells at deception. He has found a way to become quite wealthy without earning his paycheck. Just think, a salesman that doesn't make sales, but still gets a commission as if he does. Poor, poor Dick. Always the victim of something, but never responsible for anything (and getting $3 million to be that way).
  3. Would anyone out there want to be judged on how the Bills' dysfunctional coaching staff and management has developed them over the last few years? Roscoe could excel with the right leadership. He mentions guys in the article that are playing in Denver, Carolina, and Philly. I like his chances if he plays under talented coaching vs. the lame, bonehead group Buffalo has had for the last several seasons.
  4. This season is critical for DJ? Why weren't the last ones?
  5. I was at night practice twice. I saw them do a lot of nothing. I did see James Hardy catch a long pass down the middle for a touchdown. Other than that, zero, zilch, nada. Oh yeah, they worked on punt coverage. I heard some kid call JP Adam Sandler too.
  6. I am pissed off, but more importantly, I don't see any of them pissed off. They are all so passive about it. The formula hasn't produced, and isn't likely to looking at next year's schedule. I remember Jim Kelly being interviewed his first year when they sucked. He was sour grapes. I remember him saying he had never lost at any level, and wasn't used to it, but even more importantly, HE DIDN'T LIKE IT! Who gives a sh-- on this team enough to say it????? Don't tell me Kelly's quote and attitude didn't have something to do with what followed shortly after, for several years I might add.
  7. Sorry, but it's discouraging listening to the stupidity about not wanting to "blow things up" and "rebuild again". It's like a hurricane in a trailer park. All it does its re-arrange sh--. The players would be better off keeping their mouths shut. Keeping Jauron another year just took another year away from the careers of those who stay. Careful what you wish for. This is like the final hole from the movie Tin Cup. Some day, some team is going to beat all odds and clear the water with Dick if he keeps getting jobs he never should have been given. Then someone will say they believed in him all along, just prior to going 6-10 the following season.
  8. Nobody should judge the performance of any player that has been in this Bills' system over the last 3 seasons. Jauron and his band of merry idiots couldn't develop a picture with a digital camera. Go to training camp just once, and watch the ineptitude in action. Nobody is accountable for anything. They simply fall back in line and wait their turn to go again. The more I read about the comments from the players about being glad DJ is staying, the more I dislike them. No winner in the bunch.
  9. Sorry, but it's the wrong attitude. Just like the players that talk about giving a lot of effort and being satisfied that they made "progress". This is the worst team of the last 3 years. They have regressed. They have nothing for the other teams in the division. As an employer, if you give a convicted thief a job, you shouldn't be surprised if he steals from you. Ralph hired a proven loser, and he got more losses. Do you keep the thief after you catch him stealing from you? Why think DJ is suddenly going to learn how to win? Look at next year's schedule and predict the record. Indy, Tennessee, Tampa Bay, Carolina, New Orleans, Atlanta. Add the divisional games in. I'll predict 7-9 is out of reach. It would take a monumental effort from a qualified genious to pull it off. Sorry, but nobody in the Bills organization fits that description. Support them all the way to your grave. You'll just be showing them they never need to do better as long as they have this kind of "loyalty". They can kiss my ass.
  10. I'll join from Rochester. I'll pull 10 or more too. This whole thing has a NASCAR feel to it. Some douchebag enters a race where he only needs a pulse to qualify, starts in the last row, gets lapped after 10 laps, and drives around in circles like he's actually competing, knowing that even the last-place idiot makes $100 grand. Not sure everybody read this, but the Bills jut finished 0-6 in the division for the first time since 1976, and the second time ever. You've got !@#$s thinking they have actually improved because they had more offensive yards this year. Worse yet, Posluszny was quoted as saying the Bills were "average". Since when has average been that bad??? The whole team is f'd up in their thinking. HOW ABOUT PICKETING AT ST. JOHN FISHER DURING TRAINING CAMP????? I CAN BE THERE IN 20 MINUTES!
  11. This IS the Bills we're talking about. U-Buff to Buffalo Bills is like going from high school to community college.
  12. I'll back this. Who do we contact to put the ball in motion???
  13. Stupid statement of the year candidate: "Reality is he's probably a pretty good NFL coach, and likely one that will be successful" What suggests this could possibly be true?????The team has regressed. 0-6 in the division justifies firing. They have to play those same 6 games every year, and they barely had a chance to be 1-5 in them this year. 7-9 for 3 straight years. The 0-6 shows that they have regressed.
  14. I would love to have a say in the matter, because I don't think Ralph really understands. Wouldn't it be great to get hired to a high-paying job and be allowed 3 full seasons of failure and still considered worth keeping? Anyone that wants to keep Jauron has got to tell me what they think he has to offer by way of winning? Screw the nice-guy, players love him crap. Win games!!! Never has - Never will. Good fit for Buffalo. At least I get to watch the Eagles beating the crap out of the Dallas Gayboys and Tony Homo.
  15. All anyone needs to do is watch what Belichik does on the sideline during a game, and compare it to Jauron's involvement. Belichik knows everything going on top to bottom. He interacts with his defense. He's always making notes. He gets fired up and fires them up. Jauron stands stoic as if he's trying to make a point that his job is to watch everything play out. He barely moves. Hold on to that pipe dream that he's suddenly going to hit on the right combination and things will click for the next several years. The blind squirrel found a nut once and pulled off a miraculous 13-3 season in Chicago. What followed? A first-round playoff loss, and a 6-10 season following. The coincidence was the 1 winning season. The rest is what he is. Get over it and move on! He was a failed experiment.
